Staffs were kind and friendly. Affordable price!! It's a good place to stay.

Booked for a soccer tournament, the team really enjoyed the pool and rooms were good, although a little small for a family of 4. The location was great, right off the highway and across from the mall and restaurants. A lot of kids in the pool and zero supervision from the hotel staff so it was very very loud and kids were using the closed water slide. The pool was closed on the last day because of the amount of dirt from the kids.

The hotel staff were very friendly and accomodating. Our room was very nice and comfortable.

Great location perfect for short stay

Loud. Ground floor room by the lobby and restaurant was very loud at night and early morning. The busses pick up early right out front, which happened to be outside our window. Strong smells from the restaurant and the noise was too much. Other than that,clean and renovated so other areas of the hotel would probably be ok.

Our stay was great, the room was clean. The staff was good. One male staff made me feel a little uncomfortable as he was staring me up and down the whole time I was checking in. The highway was right out our window but it honestly didn’t bother us at all. We didn’t find it very loud. The only minor negative stuff I have to say is we found a piece of glass in the hall way outside the pool door (picked it up and threw it out) and also the taps in the bathroom where set very far back so when washing your hand you get water all over the counter. Overall I would 100% stay here again when we are in Kamloops.

I did not get the room I booked a month in advance and was told it was because I booked on Expedia. The blinds in the room were broken. The experience was not nearly as good or pleasant as my first time staying there. The hotel as gone down hill for sure.

Room is clean, parking was good, mall nearby

We picked this hotel over others because of the water slide. Even though the pool is open from 7am-10pm, the slide was only open from 4pm-8pm and you had to go to the front desk to ask them to turn it on. The bed frames were goofy, everyone in the room smashed their legs into them multiple times. Location was good, central to quite a lot.

Probably one of the highest quality hotel in that Kamloops grouping. Clean, modern, well equipped. Highly recommended

The slide is a huge let down for our kids. Our son was maybe 1/2 inch too small an they would not budge even tho their sign says 46inch. Also such a short time. I’ve been to a lot of hotels and never had this issue. Huge disappointment for our kids.
