너무 깨끗하고 좋았어요

서비스는 기대하지 마세요 시설은 깨끗합니다.

샌프란시스코 물가를 감안하면 가성비 좋은 숙소라고 말하고 싶습니다. 다만 손목시계를 숙소에 두고 나왔는데, 숙소에 돌아오니 시계가 분실 되엇습니다. 직원에세 문의하였더니 시종일관 불친절하게 응대하였다는것 빼고는, 개인 물건은 조심해야할것 같습니다.

+ 좋은 위치, 밤에 걸어다녀도 괜찮음 + 4일 묵었는데 샴푸 등등을 넉넉하게 비치해주고 비누를 잘 교체해 두어서 좋았음 + 처음에 샤워실 바닥이 미끌거려서 찜찜했으나 대체적으로 화장실은 깨끗하게 유지되는 편임 - 무뚝뚝한 staff (보통의 서비스) - 침대에 개미가 발견되어서 방을 바꿨는데 바꾼 방에서는 바닥에 개미가 많았음. (+ 하지만 신기하게도 시간이 갈수록 약을 뿌리는지 개미가 발견이 안됨.) - 108호는 방음이 잘 안됨. 밤에 밖에서 윙~~하고 뭔가 기계가 돌아가는 소리가 계속 남. 다른 방의 사람 소리가 잘 들림 - 로비에서 직원을 만나기가 어려움. 이른 아침이나 밤에는 로비가 잠겨있어서 필요한걸 요청하기가 힘듦. - 여러 과자를 사다 두었는데 이 중 하나가 없어짐. - 조식은 빵, 시리얼 등 매우 간단해서 거의 이용하지 않음

조금은 급하게 예약한 호텔인데 괜찮았습니다. 객실도 깨끗했고 카운터 직원도 나쁘지 않았어요. 처음에는 호텔 주변이 번화가 쪽이 아니고 주민들이 대부분이라 위치를 잘못잡은것 같다고 생각했는데, 주변에 홈리스가 전혀 없었고, 뮤니를 탈수있는곳과 노선이 다양해서 오히려 더 좋았습니다. 또한 호텔 주변에 편의점도 있고 스타벅스와 피츠커피 그리고 버거집을 포함한 다양한 음식점들이 있어서 좋았습니다. 대체적으로 무난했는데 단점을 꼽자면 샤워기가 일체형이었다는것과 냉장고와 전기포트가 없었다는점입니다.

The overall experience with the Hotel was excellet. The only downfall was how the noise goes into our room from the outside.

Ok , small room for 4 people

Perfekt boende i San Fransico, parkering utan avgift. Gångavstånd till bra restauranger. Big Bus Stannar ett kvarter bort från hotellet.

Great location, bed was comfortable, good bathroom no complaints. The walls/basebords were dirty easy to clean with towel.

For my usage it was perfect. Especially for my walking tour through San Francisco.

No frills but clean and well located

Very helpful staff with the parking -barely enough spots for the rooms but they let us park on the loading section overnight until we managed to park properly. I liked that they cared but I didn’t like the stress of “if we leave our spot now will we have it in 4 hours when we’re back”. The room was decent (for SF/city center standards). Neither breathtaking nor repulsive.

Good beds and clean bathroom. On site free parking.

We hebben er twee nachten geslapen. Zeer vriendelijke en behulpzame manager. Waarschuwde ons van te voren van de vele inbraken in de auto’s in San Francisco. Inderdaad, de tweede nacht bijzonder veel lawaai en rumoerige jongelui op de parkeerplaats van het hotel. In twee auto’s was er ingebroken! Gelukkig niet de onze. Ontbijt was prima en de kamer was superschoon. Prima hotel!

If I need a night in San Francisco, I always choose this hotel. Great value for money, fresh renovation, friendly staff, and perfect location.

Room was clean. The guy at the desk was not helpful…couldn’t check in early and later couldn’t get an extra blanket and pillow from him. A woman followed us out and she was great. She checked us in early and was very pleasant. Too bad she wasn’t at the desk when we needed the blanket and pillow.

The staff were extremely rude and because I called them on it would not let us check in. I have NEVER had an experience like this. They gave us second rate service from the get go because we used hotels.com!! All we wanted was to see if we could swap a one bed room for two beds. Their customer service was non existent. I’m making a formal complaint with hotels.com and also my credit card company. DO NOT STAY at this motel!!

Very clean and staff very helpful!

Dirty plays. Rude stuff. Very unsatisfying.

The room was ok, no artwork on the walls and the “desk” was more like a ledge. Had a queen bed with 3 pillows and when we asked for an extra pillow they said they didn’t have any. Also was kind of noisy, heard the people walking around on the floor above us and heard each door around us slamming closed.
