무료제공 조식이 있다고 안내되어 있었으나 전혀 준비되어 있지 않았고, 체크인 시에 그에 대한 안내도 없었습니다. 주변에 볼거리도 없었고, 도보로 10여분 거리에 편의점이 있었으나 저녁 5시 좀 넘은 시간인데도 그 주변과 거리에 마약에 취한 부랑자들이 곳곳에 모여 있어서 산책조차 하기 공포스러웠습니다. 이 숙소 주변에 대한 경험으로 캠룹스에 대한 기억이 너무도 좋지 않게 각인되어 다시는 가고싶지 않은 지역으로 되었습니다.

The air conditioning is not working, and the staff's solution is disappointing since we have a toddler with us.

The room was clean and comfortable. No staff in the office to get a breakfast ticket and no breakfast served in the breakfast room. The pool and hot tub had dead skin and the environment dirty. Stayed at this hotel because it was close to the hospital.

The AC didn't work. Electrical outlet were ify. The motel itself was pretty run down. Couldn't open windows. This isn't the first Travel Lodge that didn't meet up with pictures on the website. I will never book in a Travel Lodge again.

Bed was comfy with soft pillows. Grandson swam in pool which was fine. Was okay for the night snd had a good sleep. Bagged breakfast consisted of juice box, muffin, yogurt and banana.

Best in room coffee on this road trip, lovely staff but if I had one issue it was one of the pillow had a slight odd aroma to it

Conveniently situated across from Royal Inland Hospital

We booked this, and thought with the pictures that it would have been in much better shape than it was. It was actually really disappointing after traveling 12 hours and pulling up to this. Pictures are not at all as the property is. We actually left. The front desk lady was amazing and helped us with getting a refund on our stay.

Very good downtown location. Opposite the hospital so very convenient. The room and linens were very clean and the heating was easy to use. Many thanks

Staff are courteous

Everything was good!! The staff was very courteous. Even though I hadn't been able to find your phone number earlier, and booked through Expedia, I wasn't aware of a hospital visit discount. After boking it, I found your local phone # and booked in that we had a dog. When we checked in, because Travis couldn't reimburse us on the hospital discount, he allowed us to check in our dog in exchange. We totally appreciated that!! Thanks!! Plus even though we hadn't checked in the night before, we DID have a hospital appointment in the morning, when we came into town. Because we had reservations to stay that night, and there were only a few in the parking lot, at the time, Travis allowed us to park there while we went to our appointment. We totally appreciate that, especially since Kamloops was undergoing huge construction projects, and there was virtually no parking available elsewhere. Thanks so much, Travis!!

Beds were very comfortable but furnishings are very dated. However the kids loved the pool and staff were friendly at the front desk. Nice breakfast in a bag to go.
