The bathroom was missing soap, air wasn't working in our room, someone was making a loud banging noise next to us endlessly and the shower looked like it was going to crack any minute Other than that it was ok

I’d stay here again. I was worried because the reviews were so polarizing. I was pleasantly surprised. Cannot comment on breakfast since I didn’t try it since my family lives close. Pros- easy check-in, recently renovated room, clean bathroom area, quiet and text reminders with easy check out option. Cons- stain on mattress cover, workers at counter the whole weekend - but was told to use the kiosk to check -in or greeted us as we came in and out, no one was at the front desk when we left, but they were smoking outside, the vending area had a whole bunch of trash cans, the door to the back of the office so you could see right in. So nothing detrimental, but the hotel just lacks professionalism.

Hotel pool was filthy. Rooms weren't cleaned properly.

Breakfast was very good. Possibly the best hotel breakfast options for a family. Does not seem to be well managed. Very unfriendly front desk receptionist in the evenings. No staff uniform shirts or name tags worn so it was hard to tell who worked there. Short on towels. No sheets for pull out bed. Strong, sharp musty odor in bathroom. Barely flushing, stained toilet. Mold/ mildew. It was not dirty, but perhaps corners were cut in the surface remodeling. It seems very short staffed, so the staff

Pool was unusable. Lack of upkeep. In serious need of refresh.

This hotel was okay. The breakfast was great and I enjoyed the range of options that changed each day for the continental breakfast. We only used the hotel for sleeping and we were only using the hotel to sleep in. The reason for 3 stars is because the state of the bathroom. In the shower, there was mold in the grout all around the shower. You could tell they had tried to cover it over with white grout but it had gone through and was all throughout the shower. In addition, the entire room smelled like a musty smell coming from the air conditioner. Looking at the window there was moldy condensation all around the window/air conditioner so I was unsure how clean the air conditioner was. Other than this, the room was fine and seemed clean.

Location was good and easily accessible. Lady at front desk was very friendly but didn't even check my ID when I checked in (never had that happen). The pull-out bed was a joke, completely flat and uncomfortable. rooms did not include bedding for the pull-out. Mold around the shower, sink drain stuck in down position and shower drain backed up. Stains on carpet in rooms and hallways. Breakfast decent.

There was a sink full of water when we arrived. The drain was broken. I find it hard to believe the cleaning crew did not report that and they rented us this room. They offered to send somebody from maintenance. The shower curtain was disgusting. It was brown with dirt and mildew and yellow all across the bottom. It was disgusting to shower with. We will not stay here again.

Visited Cedar Point and found this great hotel with clean and comfortable rooms for a great price. It's about a 20 minute drive to the park, but much less expensive than those closer. Area was nice and quiet with easy access to the highway. Breakfast was great with lots of choices and very friendly staff keeping the food fresh and warm. Only complaint is that the weekend breakfasts only start at 7am rather than the normal 6, so keep that in mind.

Ok, hotel need renovation and improve cleaning in commom areas. Room is reasonable value for the $, but staffing needs to pay more attention to cleaning details.

Longtime CI & S patron and disappointed with the upkeep inside (worn)and outside (dead plants)as all appeared to be a lower standard than the better kept more appealing facilities previously stayed. Uncertain of the age but seemingly not alot of attention to detail anywhere. Generally friendly staff but not warm and fuzzy feel! Likely may investigate other options next time! Michael

Bed/pillows were comfortable. Big room. I was near the service desk but didn’t hear anything.

Not a great Hotel to stay at, I spent 4 Days at the hotel as a base to get to Summit Motorsports Park. The Hotel is in need of a complete renovation, the Carpet is dirty, the Bathroom was very poor and dated. I requested a room clean which never happened along with having a poor experience with the general condition of the Hotel. I wouldn’t recommend staying until it is cleaned and properly maintained and has a management who care.

The room wasn't vaccuumed. Crumbs on the bed. The tables/t.v. stand weren't wiped down. Bathroom needs an upgrade. No towels, no tissues in room. The pool needed a good cleaning. The kiosk to check in was unnecessarily. The breakfast was great!

It was a very nice hotel. The room was clean and the continental breakfasts were very good. The pool area was as very nice as well.

We stayed five nights and only had our room cleaned once and had to ask for it. Fine for overnight stays but not for longer stays

Great stay

Best part about this hotel was the breakfast. My kids looked forward to making waffles and being able to get milk and juice to drink. The hotel room was also very spacious, even with the couch being used as a bed. For me, the cleanliness was below average. There was goldfish under the edge of our bed. The floors did not looked vacuumed. Room service did not clean up our dirty towels or empty our trash even though it was very full. We had to request clean towels from the front desk.

It was very clean and the staff was friendly. Will stay there again.
