이 호텔들에 대해서 말도많고 탈도많은거 같은데... 기본적으로 타 5성 호텔에 비해서 저렴한 편입니다. 내부 시설은 최고급 시설까진 아니였지만, 값 이상은 한다고는 느껴졌습니다. It was great overall.

Très grande déception pour un hôtel présenté comme un établissement cinq étoiles. Dès notre arrivée, l’accueil a donné le ton : manque évident de professionnalisme, avec une réceptionniste particulièrement froide, peu agréable et manifestement peu concernée par la qualité de l’expérience client. Nous avions réservé une suite junior dans un hôtel 5 étoiles pour un week-end spécial à l’occasion de l’anniversaire de ma maman, en l’ayant précisé en amont, mais aucune attention particulière n’a été prévue, ce qui est particulièrement regrettable pour ce niveau de standing. Nous avons rapidement compris qu’en ayant réservé via Expedia, la chambre attribuée n’était probablement pas celle initialement prévue. Nous avons été installés dans une partie plus ancienne de l’hôtel, côté rue, avec une exposition directe sur le quai de livraison d’un hôtel voisin. L’isolation phonique était quasi inexistante : réveil chaque matin dès 5h30 avec les livraisons, ce qui est totalement incompatible avec le confort attendu dans un hôtel de luxe. La suite junior était très décevante : si la salle de bain avait effectivement été rénovée, le reste de la chambre présentait un mobilier ancien, usé et totalement dépassé. La table basse semblait dater d’une autre époque, fortement dégradée, avec une décoration pauvre, sommaire et franchement bas de gamme. Rien n’évoquait ici le standing d’un véritable cinq étoiles.

A wonderful hotel. Large and very comfortable rooms, well appointed, luxury beds/bedding. Spa was a welcome and relaxing experience. Breakfast daily was delightful, excellent service. Staff amazing, concierge service was the best— I was very pleased with everything at the hotel.

Breakfast could have been a bit better with eg more fruit like bananas, strawberries and raspberries. Cleaning of the room could have been better eg bathroom and toilet doors and walls better cleaned. We lived in room 7, only one bedside table and no bed lamps for reading!!! Very poorly furnished in that aspect! How to manage the lamps (off and on) the AC and the towel dryer remained a mystery throughout our stay. And why was it so warm in the toilet? And the toilet had a zink for washing your hands but no hook for a towel, why?

Staff was great… friendly, helpful. Loved our room. Always clean and fresh. And, Location was great, walking distance to many things.

凱旋門、シャンゼリーゼ大通り、地下鉄のクレベール駅にとても近く便利な立地のホテルでした。フロントのスタッフはみなさんとても笑顔が素敵で良い対応でした。

Chambre très propre et très agréable le personnel est au petit soin. Piscine intérieure géniale salle de sport avec de bonnes machines récentes. Petit déjeuner super avec pleins de produits à disposition. Super emplacement de l’hôtel à quelques minutes des champs Élysée et de l’arc de triomphe. Top

I thought the hotel was so so. I arrived early morning and my room was not ready. As hotel was full, they could not offer me a place to relax. Receptionist called me back about 1 pm that the room was ready: to my pleasant surprise, I was upgraded to a suite. However, in the suite, there was only one vent to the bedroom area, none for the rest of the unit (bathroom, hallway and mini-kitchen, which was cold). It would have been ok if the weather was not so cold (it was 0 to 5 degrees C). Lobby was ok and the restaurant was just a place to eat. Staff were nice and helpful, but that did not make up for the lack of ambience and comfort. IMO, this property does not merit a 5-star rating.

A gem of a hotel. Ideally located near the arc De Triomphe this hotel offers fantastic service, delicious food and the room was very clean and well stocked with everything needed for a stay. The reception was always available and happy to help with any requests you may have from hotel requests to sorting bookings for meals and events you might want to attend while in Paris. I would highly recommend this hotel for a bit of luxury to enhance your visit.

Stuff was great. I liked the rooms. The lobby was too simple, i didn't like it. Also I didn’t like the breakfast.
