The location is good.

Will be staying again next trip to Ottawa.

Clean and comfortable room.

The unavoidable construction was a bit of a problem. With that said, the staff was very accommodating in that regard as we were there during the Tulip Festival and it was quite busy.

I enjoyed the history of the hotel and the cleanliness of the hotel. The $45 parking is a bit expensive.

Great location. Rooms are a fairly good size although not as large as shown online and we looked out at air conditioning units so that wasn’t great. But the staff overall were friendly.

Salle de bain petite, certains valets ne sont pas gentils et de plus ils ont modifies mes settings pour mon siege, miroirs etc.

Friendly staff. Very clean room! Valet parking is pricey but worth it, no need to worry about parking meters.

Needs to provide more water to clients - in the room or in the lobby. Otherwise I like staying here.

Great location in a historic building.

The Lord Elgin is a historic hotel in downtown Ottawa. Near Parliament and located on Elgin St. which has great pubs and restaurants all within walking distance. The rooms were great as was the restaurant. I will only stay at the Lord Elgin when visiting Ottawa!

Good walk ability to Parliament Hill, museums and restaurants and bars.
