Comfortable great atmosphere

Convenient location and lots of parking

The shuttle bus from airport to hotel is a godsend. Hotel is great, breakfast though quite expensive is a la cart or buffet (which isn’t always available) but very tasty.

Everything is very old. Toilet sink was cracked. They charge you $18 for a nasty cold breakfast. My room came with breakfast and they still charge me for that although they returned that when I called them but it was still inconvenient.

For hotel, the pool was not up to same caliber. Did not approve of parking charges. Way too expensive when it is a wide-open lot. Could understand if parking garage or valet was needed, but not in this case. Also, I would think maid could have checked lights to make sure all were in working order. Had to call maintenance for remote problems, but did not find light problems until it was too late to place another call.

Musty smell, mold, peeling wallpaper. Despertly need updating and cleaning.

Property as a whole was nice. Unexpected fees are pay to park and way pricier for food and drink. When I asked about a military discount was possible for the room I was told no. I’ve been to other hiltons and they have always been upfront about their military support. Just really surprised me. 4/5 stars in my book even though you have to pay for breakfast.

If you ever find yourself stuck at the Melbourne airport this is your place to sleep in a nice comfy, clean bed, get buffet breakfast with great service and transportation to and from the airport. Everyone was kind to us and the place was beautiful

One of the most expensive options in Melbourne. The room condition is terrible. The bathroom sinks were plugged and the accesories inside the bathroom were falling apart. The room carpet was old and had an unpleasant smell.

This was an amazing experience. The hotel was spectacular.. I loved the customer service also.. Everyone was sweet and courteous

The stay at the hilton was amazing. We had an excellent service, the staffs were very attentive.The room had everything we need. Was clean and fresh. Thank you all.

i'm not sure if this property had full capacity last week, but I found it to be very noisy and I had neighbors right on top of me and wound up disturbed by noise until 3 o'clock in the morning and found that to be a bit inconvenient as it sure didn't seem like it was fully booked, and I don't understand why people are placed right on top of each other when there's an opportunity to displace people so that there's an opportunity for a room in between and you're not hearing every single thing the other person is doing I would not personally given that a ridiculously inappropriate staff interaction. If you don't like your job, go find one that suits your personality! The reviews definitely reflect the truth in what people have already provided on various platforms. Very strange! I dare say, as a Hilton honors member I've never had to argue for Water. I was told the water was free in the room, but yet there's a two dollar price tag on it. if it's free, why would you put that on there? Do you not understand the message or is that not the message! Ridiculous! Definitely very strange the inappropriate, unfriendly and standoffish behavior of the staff interactions this past week. A bit offputting I would definitely not repeat

not a great spot

The lobby and pool area were pretty . But the bathrooms in the lobby were full of feces and urine. The toilet in the hotel room ran all night and then the handle broke in the morning. The wall in the bathroom had water damage and was swelling and the door was full of rust.

Very nice, and quite convenient to the airport. Room was quiet inside.

Excellent

Our regular room wasn’t ready so we were upgraded to a king suite however the upgrade didn’t seem like an upgrade as it had a king bed and sofa bed rather than the two queens we booked. Bathroom is very dated however the room worked and it was an enjoyable stay
