객실이 청결하고 위치가 아주 좋았다 조식은 4성급 호텔에는 미달

주변에 바로 볼거리, 즐길거리가 가까워 위치상 추천하고 싶은 호텔입니다. 크지않은 호텔이지만 등급에 걸맞게 객실 및 호텔의 청결도, 관리상태 모두 우수합니다. 또한 친절한 서비스로 묵는 내내 기분이 좋았습니다. (이 호텔 뿐만 아니라 스위스 관광업계 종사자들의 외국인에 대한 태도는 전반적으로 아주 친절했습니다.) 다만 조식은 크게 추천하는 바는 아닙니다. 이는 앰배서더 호텔만 그런것이 아니라 스위스 특성상 어느 호텔이든 메뉴가 빵, 치즈, 과일 정도로 매우 한정적입니다. 마트에 다양한 종류의 한끼 식사용 음식들이 많고 호텔 가까이에 있습니다. 마트가 아니더라도 까페나 다른 식당도 가까운 곳에 많으므로, 호텔 조식보다는 다른 곳에서 식사하는것이 더 낫다고 봅니다.

여행 마지막날 잠시 묶게된 오페라하우스근처 엠베서더호텔. 중앙역까지는 조금 떨어져있지만 반 호프거리 에서 11번 트램을 타면 쉽게올수있다. 직원들은 친절했고, 웰컴 드링크와 생수. 그리고 언제든 먹을수있게 신선하고 맛있는 사과가 스탭들이 손님을 얼마나 배려하려고 애쓰는지 느껴져 좋았다. 여행을 기분좋게 마무리하기 충분한 호텔. 문밖엔 식사하기좋은 장소들이 즐비하고 coops 나 그밖의 쇼핑할곳도 많아 좋았다.

Great location! Clean and quiet. Walking distance to restaurants, bars and shopping stores. Room very small. Not suitable for winter clothes and more than one luggage. Breakfast open early so it’s convenient for early tours.

Super room - we received an upgrade. Super comfy beds and lovely silky bedlinen.

Was very clean

This is a four star hotel—as expected. Clean, comfortable, nice rooms. We were upgraded to one of the largest rooms looking over the Zurich opera house and surrounding. I saw some rooms appeared much smaller. It is an historic building that has been nicely renovated as a hotel. We stayed five nights, in Zurich to visit friends. Location is perfect for central Zurich. Across from Opera house. Near central trolley plaza and trains. Restaurant is elegant and very expensive, but food is rather average. Four blocks away one finds cheap food stalls near the trolley. Staff of hotel were pleasant. We had few needs of them. Beds were on soft side. Room was very quiet despite looking out on the city. Just be aware Zurich is very expensive. You will figure that out quickly.

Room was spotless. Reception was very friendly

Room was quiet, clean, and comfortable but small. Breakfast was not particularly good. I would suggest eating elsewhere. Staff were mostly very friendly and helpful.

Everything about our stay was perfect. No complaints. Was able to check-in early. They upgraded our room and the service was great.
