처음엔 낡은 것 같아서 걱정했는데 객실에 냄새 나지않고 청결해서 좋았어요! 방키가 열쇠에서 문을 열때 여러번 돌리는게 좀 힘들지만 적응하면 괜찮아요! 복도에서 소리가 나면 방안꺼지 들리지만 소음이 심하진 않았어요! 침대가 분리가 되서 좋았습니다. 이불도 별도 요청하면 줍니다! 직원들도 친절하고 보관서비스도 괜찮아요! 아침식사는 1층에서 진행하는데 화장실도 있고, 야외에서도 먹을 수 있어요. 가짓수는 많지 않지만 정갈하고 너무 맛있습니다.

친절하고 깨끗한 시설 좋은 위치.

로마에서 10일간 여행을 했고 앞날 5일은 떼르미니 역 근처 에서 있다가 여기로 왔더니 일단 치안을 생각했을때 위치는 너무 좋았습니다 . 그리고 직원 모두가 너무 친절해 머무는 내내 기분이 좋았던것 같아요 룸 컨디션은 앤틱한 느낌에 청결했습니다 . 다음에 로마를 또 방문한다면 이용할것 같아요

생각보다 위치가 좋았어요. 적당히 조용하면서 또 관광명소와도 가까워서 좋았어요. 직원분도 영어 천천히 써가면서 의사소통해주시더라구요. 친절함이 너무 좋았습니다. 그러나 조식은 조금 부족해요.. 계란요리가 하나 있으면 더 좋은 호텔이 될꺼 같아요.

Poor value for the money. Hotel claims that rates are high because of high season. I (customer) say that owner and administration don't deliver product in relation to the rates they are charging. Hyggelige og hjelpsomme personale. Helt grei standard og frokost. Hotellet ligger sentralt i forhold til alle store severdigheter.

Excellent staff. Rooms were very nice. Breakfast was fine. Good air conditioning. We had a nice balcony on our 5th floor Junior Suite. Tiny elevator, but that's Italy!

Excelente localização, limpo, confortável.

The hotel was terrific, if you are able try to enjoy the breakfast at the hotel, it is fantastic. The hotel staff are excellent and it is close to all the major attractions. Highly recommend, and we would absolutely stay there again.

Front desk staff is very nice and helpful. Good and safe location. Close to restaurants and bus stop for many bus lines to the tourist areas. Pictures of the rooms on the booking site look better than actual. The furniture is tired and old. AC worked well. The bed was very firm if you like that. Beds are made up with only sheets but if you need a comforter, it is in the cabinet. Shower does not have a curtain or sliding door. The floor and toilet got all wet when my husband took a shower. Over all, an adequate basic place to sleep and use as your base when visiting Rome.

Expectations met on all fronts

Det bästa med hotellet är dess mycket bra läge! Gångavstånd till det mesta av ”turist-Rom”, buss till Termini utanför dörren och flygbuss några kvarter bort. Vi hade ett mindre dubbelrum som var rent o snyggt med sköna sängar. Badrummet snyggt men dusch o hårtork behöver bytas ut. Luftkonditioneringen var verkligt effektiv men tyvärr brummade den mycket högt så behövde sova med öronproppar. Frukostbuffén var ok, kanske av det enklare slaget. Förgylldes dock av den manliga frukostvärdens glada leenden. Hotellets personal i övrigt korrekta men inte särskilt tillmötesgående.

Rommet var rent og pent og personalet i resepsjonen var veldig behjelpelig med alt mulig vi lurte på, veldig hyggelige og serviceinnstilte.

Friendly staff. Hotel in a good location. Good aircon in space bedrooms.
