Ok, so let’s start with the good things. The front desk is ABSOLUTELY lovely. Michelle and all the other ladies, are very accommodating and nice. So -are the cleaning and the valet staff. The place is somewhat comfortable, and has great potential, but there is sand everywhere and in the rooms. Please take this as an honest feedback and not a bad review. 1. There are not enough umbrellas and tables by the pool, while their prices on drinks are very high. Also the bars by the pools only have water and are not real tiki bars. So basically, if you order drinks they bring it from the hotel. Which is fine I guess. 2. The little stream in front of the pool is dirty and the water is stale. 3. There are no ice machines on the floors and even if you had the machines, the little ice bucket is 4. No one is tending to the beach area. You have to literally pick your own umbrella and put it in the ground yourself, etc. Let alone that there are no towels until like 10am in the morning. 5. There are no do not disturb signs in the rooms 6. They allow guests from the outside to use the pool. Basically they pay for passes. I think this should be disclosed, as the pool only has 3 umbrellas (yes, that’s right, only 3!!) plus some people may have an issue with it. 7. The manager is rude and never greets any guests. We passed by him multiple times during our stay and instead of being welcoming, he gave us a funny look. Sorry - we shall not return but we wish you the best of luck!

The room was nice but the service was lacking. I asked for early check in and my room wasn't ready. The front desk staff, who was not friendly, held our bags while we went out. When we returned my purse had been left on the counter of the front desk and they were unable to locate our luggage. Service at the beach and pool was inconsistent.

The staff were all amazing! The hotel was beautiful. Loved that it’s right off the beach. Pool had a lot of bird poop but other than that it’s perfect !

Room smelled so bad. Water leaking from toilet above into my bathroom, couldn’t use it! Water on the desk ruined my passports and my bag. Water all over the floor. Still they had no remorse charges for the stay parking and resort fee.

Lousy coffee pot in room. Clock in room did not work properly. Sink clogged all week with multiple repairs

Property was fine but the cleanliness was not good. I had old pizza crust and sand in my room upon check in

This property is in dire need of renovations. The rooms are dark (lighting is minimal) the electrical outlets (for plugging in appliances and electronics) are few & far between. There are 2 elevators which only work periodically (we had to use the service elevator to leave the property with our luggage)

We love everything about the Tideline Hotel and happy to be back again.

This property could have been very nice and worth the money but it wasn't and left a lot to be desired. We will not stay there again. For a quick get away - everything was just too stressful. Pros: -Great views of the ocean -Near lots of activities and dining -Very nice pool and hot tub area -Beach attendant was very pleasant and helpful Cons: -Unorganized service and staff -Had to call 4 times to the front desk for service in our room and eventually had to go to the front desk -Staff left both room doors open and unsecured while we were out (luckily nothing was taken) -Food was just ok

Staff don’t welcome us. Room dirty and not all amenities where in the room. Mattress was heavy used cushions not from feathers. Overall way to expensive for the service. Would not stay there again.
