grounds could have been less cluttered and trash emptied more frequenty

No issues

Property was great, gave us a key to an already occupied room which was scary, had to go back and get another room, then charged me twice for the room which one charge is pending and will fall off but still has money tied up! Not a problem for me but could be for others. You get used to issues when you travel alot but seems like the small things could have an easy fix like, hey that room is occupied!

No Trash bags in all trashcans bathtub would not drain . hair and dust all over floor in bathroom. bed was not fixed room was not clean

The staff at the hotel are absolutely the best! Very friendly and helpful. The dining options were also great. The rooms are slightly dated, but were very clean and certainly nothing of concern. This is my third stay.

Front desk staff was not as friendly or helpful as usual.

This hotel has a lackluster staff that allows parties til the wee hours of the morning. This wouldn’t be a problem if they had more soundproofing. Kids running amok without parents. The phones did not work. I got stuck in an elevator and even the hallway phone didn’t work. The staff after midnight ignores calls to the front desk. We had no soap at all in our room, nor did we have any cups for coffee. The best thing about this hotel is their restaurant. I would not recommend staying here.

Excellent service by staff

If you’re looking for rest I would NOT stay here!! The neighboring room was either extremely loud or the walls were super thin. They did quiet down later in the night. HOWEVER check out is @12P and the housekeeper came beating on the door @830A. I opened the door puzzled bc I didn’t call them and she just says “OK”. ?!?! Put the DND sign on the door just for another one to come back @930A. She says “I’ll just come back” ?!?! WHY ARE U HERE?!?! So I packed all my stuff and checked out @10. 2HRS before it was even time to. I did speak w/ a mgr who would talk to the floor supervisor but I asked do they not have a list of occupied rooms!?! Bc this is beyond asinine!!! I’ll never stay here ever and for them to be a 4 star the room was 2.5 AT BEST! Idk why they were in such a hurry to clean the rooms bc when I checked in the toilet looked as if someone had explosive diarrhea. Thank God I always travel w/ Lysol and sanitizing wipes.

Good place so far

The beds were terrible!!!! You could feel the springs while sleeping. It’s also very dated

When I booked the room on Expedia, the amenities listed "Free Breakfast." That was incorrect, as the breakfast was NOT free and I had to pay by ordering off a menu. Advised to call the hotel ahead of time and confirm "free breakfast."

I loved everything about our stay, love the river view. Food was excellent.

Nice friendly place. Love the warm cookies.

The staff was welcoming

Staff were amazing but limited dining at hotel or surrounding areas. Very limited transportation ~ No ubers available for hrs after a show. Chair fell in the pool & not taken out in 2 days
