Although this hotel shares the Hilton name, it certainly did not meet the expectations that I would thought that is associated with the Hilton name. The hotel is old and antiquated, and could certainly use an upgrade on the flooring, the furniture, and even a new coat of paint would be helpful. The small refrigerator looked like it belonged in a fraternity house as it looked as if it had been drugged down two or three flights of stairs where it became dented and marred up by paint from the walls. I have been to lesser Brand hotels that exceeded what I would’ve thought would’ve been a luxury stay at a Hilton group property.

For the price you would expect it to be a better kept hotel. No clearly marked from parking garage to hotel. Rooms need updated to reflect price.

This is called a luxury hotel but you have to pay for parking and wifi. What hotel charges for wifi these days. Requested a cot but then cancelled it. They charged me anyway. I won’t stay there again.

We always love our stay at the Hilton! The harbour view rooms are amazing. We were able to park our car in the underground parking for the weekend and walk to all the places we needed to go, so convenient!

Great location. Hotel itself felt a tad dated but overall a good experience. We’d consider staying there again.

Front desk agent was nice and very helpful.

We live this hotel due to its convenience to shopping and dining. I personally love the fact that you can go watch a hockey game at Harbor Station and you can access it all without having to drive there or walk outside. Everything is accessed by the skywalks. The staff is friendly and helpful. The parking is convient and in a garage that is heated.
