전반적으로 좋았습니다

1인상 이용했는데 강가쪽이라 저녁엔 야경도 예쁘고, 아침엔 반짝이는 강물볼수 있어 좋았어요. 역에서 바로 보여요. 근처에 관광지도 다있고, 버스터미널도 가까워요. 직원들도 찬철하고, 조식도 간단하지만 알차요.룸 서비스도 24시간 되구요. 가격도 괜찮은 듯 해요. ..하루 더 같은방에 변경요청했는데 바로 처리해주시고, 불편함없이 잘 지냈어요.

The room was amazing and spotlessly clean and the staff as always were amazing and we just love staying there.

Noise everywhere rooms not soundproofed couldn't sleep left early and got a bus home can hear staff and other guests through the walls even with window closed can hear traffic

Location was ideal

Staff really good. Room clean and had quality toiletries and standard drinks tray. Only problem was outside hotels control - v noisy on back of hotel (away from river) with yelling in street 10pm to midnight every night

Room was perfect

Bit noisy the first night due to a loud generator in the building next door but reception staff were very helpful and moved us to a quiet room on the other side for our second night. If staying again I’d request a river-facing room, not street-facing (as there was also some noise when the pubs on the street side closed).

Stayed here many times before. Breakfast was average,new years day Breakfast was terrible . Room 102 a disgrace for a privilege room. Noisy, drafts from windows that were supposed to be sealed and cramped room also. What saved the day was one particular member of staff on Breakfast duty and her name Sylvi. Very lucky to have her as member of staff.

Managed to get our room well before check-in time which was ideal. Breakfast was really good. Centra location which is great. Can be slight noise from pubs/clubs on same street but still get to sleep fine.

The room toilet was extremely small and seat next to the wall . It was smelly due to poor ventilation or sewage problem. Room very dark and extremely bad sound proof (or should I say no sound proof at all). The shower hose was so short think it looked like for children only. The hotel was run down though location was good .
