Wir haben dieses Hotel besucht, um unsere kürzlich erfolgte Eheschließung zu feiern. Nachdem wir im Voraus erwähnt hatten, dass es sich um einen besonderen Anlass handelt, wurde unser Zimmer wunderschön dekoriert. Dadurch konnten wir einen wirklich unvergesslichen Tag verbringen. Wir werden beim nächsten Mal auf jeden Fall wiederkommen. Vielen herzlichen Dank!

건물 가운데의 대형 수족관이 인상적이었고 베를린 돔 근처 호텔중 제일 좋은 곳 아닐까합니다. 안좋은 후기들이 많아서 걱정했는데 나름 만족했습니다.

We were made to wait for check in(understandable) but the service was cold. When we then checked in at 3pm and went to room it had yet to be made and was filthy from the previous guests. What is most annoying is what happened/didn't happen next. No customer care, no management, pretty poor all round. The lack of service or care ruined the experience. Would never book again

Wonderful hotel in the best area of Berlin for seeing all the sights. Room was very comfortable . Restaurant was fantastic , breakfast was great and dining outside along the river was lovely. We enjoyed a lovely meal one evening followed by incredible dessert!! We loved it!

Beautiful room where we were upgraded at checkin. Perfect location and great facilities. Helpfull and friendly staff, great breakfast! Would definitively choose this hotel when coming back to Berlin!

This was a top notch hotel and very elegant. If you’re willing to spend upwards of $200 night it is worth it.

The rooms were very quiet and appear soundproofed. The mini fridge, Nespresso machine and kettle were unexpected bonuses in the room. I would definitely come back to this hotel when traveling to Berlin again. The location is perfect, and the hotel lobby is beautiful.

Hotel is well located and well resourced. Rooms were cleaned late in the day which was annoying but a first world problem but wanted to mention that it was after 4.30pm and by then after a day exploring we wanted fresh towels upon our return and coffee replaced. Had booked a superior room with twin beds but apparently that room style only has queen, did receive a phone call from the hotel desk about it after providing a review on Expedia re check in , but was phoned at 9.30pm so thought that was odd time to call, they did offer to move us, but for one night it was not worth it. Having said that the room outlook and size was great, and we enjoyed our stay and would recommend the hotel to others. We didn’t use the breakfast option , at 40 euro p/p I felt that was a tad expensive, but did enjoy a lovely meal at the bar. Overall the Radisson was great for our Berlin stay.

Wir waren das erste Mal hier und gehen mit gemischten Gefühlen. Das Frühstück war hervorragend. Wenn ich mehr Sterne vergeben könnte, würde ich es tun. Sehr reichhaltig, sehr aufmerksames Personal und es wurde jeder Wunsch von den Lippen abgelesen. Einfach nur TOP. Die Lage ist ebenfalls hervorragend. Wir hatten zwei Zimmer mit Domblick und die Aussicht ist traumhaft. Der SPA Bereich ist ebenfalls sehr empfehlenswert. Der Pool ist sauber und einladend gestaltet. Wer sich beim Roomservice etwas bestellt, bekommt fantastisches Essen geliefert. Wir hatten verschiedene Gerichte bestellt und alle waren sehr lecker. Leider sind die Zimmer sehr klein und für zwei Personen eher nicht zu empfehlen. Ebenso die Balkone. Beim Check-In wurde mein Wunsch nach zwei nebeneinander liegenden Zimmern nicht berücksichtigt, obwohl man mir vorab schrieb, dass alles arrangiert ist. Als Entschuldigung erhielt ich einen Gutschein für das Restaurant. Immerhin eine nette Geste. Am Abend des Anreisetages stellten wir beim Ausbreiten der Bettdecke fest, dass diese fast komplett nass war und sehr unangenehm gerochen hat (Urin oder Ähnliches?!!). Der Roomservice kam knapp 30 Minuten später mit einer neuen Decke. Da auch die Matratze nass war, wurde uns auf unsere explizite Bitte hin ein neues Laken nach weiteren 5 Minuten gebracht. Das Laken war an einer Stelle gerissen und verdreckt. Für ein 5 Sterne Hotel ein absolutes NO GO. Vom Hotelmanger leider keine Spur. Das hat den Urlaub leider echt getrübt.

Leider war das Zimmer sehr in die Jahre gekommen (Bad mit Macken im Becken und schwarze Fugen) soweit Zimmer leider nicht sauber und mit zerrissenen Laken .

Smidig check-in. Hjälpsam personal och väldigt bra restaurang både för frukost och middag med god mat och serviceinriktad personal.

Easy check in, great location. Food was excellent both breakfast and dinner. Lots nearby. Bathroom was very nice.

Amazing frontdesk (Mr Long) and all the staff at breakfast & restaurant. Aircon need service.

The hotel is good, location very good u can see all by walking, rooms are nicer than most Radisson blu and food in the bar is excellent. Recommend highly

Fantastisk bemötande och service

Great hotel in a great location close to all the museums and attractions. Breakfast was great and the staff very friendly and helpful. Will definitely go back the next time I go to Berlin.
