The service was terrible. We arrived at the bus terminal at 3am and called the hotel to call the taxi because I cannot speak french, but they just told me that they will send something by measage. But they never send the message and didn't answer when I called back. So we had to walk almost an hour at midnight in rainy day.

전반적으로 괜찮았음. 커피포트/커피메이커/뜨거운 물 등을 프론트에서도 제공하지 않기 때문에 차를 마실 수 있는 환경은 안 됨. 반대로 냉장고가 없어 마트에서 유제품류나 시원한 음료를 사다놓을 수 없음. 청결상태는 좋음. 직원들도 깔끔한 응대. 무엇보다 위치는 아주 좋음.

Très pratique. Grande chambre, calme. Personnel sympathique. Nous avons été bien. Seul petit bémol, pas la possibilité d'avoir une boisson chaude le soir.

Tout était parfait. Une suggestion peut être concernant l'accès au parking. Serait-il possible au moment de la réservation de préciser que le parking avec emplacements IBIS est le parking TRIANGLE. Merci pour votre attention et l'éventuelle prise en compte de cette suggestion.

It was extremely complicated and difficult to find the parking garage. Staff provided very limited and unclear instructions. We also have to ring the doorbell in the garage for the staff to open the door for us to access the hotel elevator; one time we were ringing the bell for good 15 minutes, but no one came to open the door. We were trapped at the garage level for awhile. The garage smelled like pee. We told the staff afterwards about the situation—they just shrugged! Totally unacceptable and unprofessional.

Très bon séjour , établissement propre, personnel très sympathique et emplacement idéal. Toutefois, il serait temps de revoir l'état des chambres et de faire les réparations nécessaires comme par exemple : les rideaux occultant décrochés les robinets qui fuient les joints dans la douche percés et noirs, ce qui donne une mauvaise impression de malpropreté.

Placé au coeur du centre ville, il est très accessible pour visiter, aller au corum ou à l'opéra. Les restaurants sont proches et pour tous les budgets !! Super

Réceptionniste du soir de notre arrivée désagréable. Carte de chambre qui se démagnétise toute les 2 min Rentrer à 2h et ne pas avoir accès à sa chambre parce que la carte ne fonctionne plus, aller à la réception et tomber sur une réceptionniste (différente de celui de notre arriver) pas agréable du tout. À la limite d’être hautaine.. Chambres correctes, lits assez confortables Localisation centrale top Décoration de la réception jolie mais contrasté par rapport aux chambres..

Hotel bien placé mais un peu déçu de n’a pas trouvé un petit plateau de courtoisie dans la chambre.
