호텔 방은 깨끗하고 편안하지만, 시내와 좀 떨어져 있습니다.

Grand!

The first room we had was above large glass bins and noisy when bottles tipped in so ended up asking to move room and were given a nice upgrade. Breakfast was lovely but was not impressed by the meal we had as part of dinner bed and breakfast booked while booking the room. Staff lovely and dining room lovely but felt meal could have been much better.

Friendly staff when we checked in and on departure.

The hotel was generally good . The staff helpful and friendly . We had 2 rooms . One of which looked like they’d forgot to vacuum the carpet . We were attending an event about 3 miles away .On our return we decided to go for a drink only to find that they’d shut the hotel bar . Very frustrating as we were hotel guests and there were people in the bar . Other than that I’d stay again . Have stayed in their other hotels and not had a problem

Staff were very friendly and helpful at check in. Room was clean , very spacious and the bed was comfortable. Would definitely stay again

The Reception Staff were very welcoming - I had already spoken to Hayden on the telephone about parking. They were helpful and provided a room upgrade. The room was comfortable, clean and well-equipped. One small niggle was that the USB sockets built into the electrical wall sockets were inoperable.

A beautiful boutique hotel with a glorious vibe of wilted grandeur and elegance. A joy from start to finish

Great hotel near to the city centre. Staff were friendly and welcoming, property felt upmarket, bar area was lovely

Good food, two welcome cocktails were offered to get the evening started on a positive note. Will be back.

Great staff, great cocktails and great rooms

We enjoyed our stay at Malmaison. The front desk staff made it especially so. They were very helpful in telling us what currency we arrived with was still in use. We were informed we could exchange some old notes, which we later did. The suite was spacious and very comfortable. We enjoyed having a view of the cathedral from our room.

Bad points, room was very dark, needed a floor lamp, curtains were difficult to close, warm water coming out of cold tap. Good points, location, comfortable enough bed, nice bar area, small fridge, though it would have been a nice touch to have some bottled water in it. Nice staff

Perfectly suitable hotel. Great breakfast

Hotel staff is very nice but the rooms are very dark, insufficient light in the rooms. If you are staying in the old building there are no elevators, one has to climb 30 stairs to get to the room. Didn’t try the restaurant. No comments on the food.

great and modern hotel, with lovely bar, restaurant. we upgraded to a deluxe suite and that was very nice with loads of additional space, breakfast was great and hot melas were cooked to order which is always nice, i would happily stay here again
