Was hit with a “ check in early ” fee of 50 dollars after already booking my room 2 weeks in advanced even asked about checking in early and they said there wouldn’t be a charge but that wasn’t the case when my wife and I arrived .. hotel reeks of cigarettes on all floors including lobby

No internet. No key. Hotel dirty and smelling floor.

they were not able to provide a room key and chose to run up and down to unlock your room when needed. Even giving guests a master key to go and come with from the desk to their rooms. had potential but was definitely neglected and the staff didn't have solutions to the issues.

The staff was nice and check in was quick and easy but the rooms were outdated and not well kept and not clean I had no working outlets in my room or ice machine on my floor, and there were dead bugs in the lobby. The bed was clean and I did stay for the convenience, of globe life being next door I had no issues with my stay but I do feel like I overpaid for the night. Do not stay here if you are looking for amenities and luxury.

Because a event was in the area they charged 3 times what they normally charge

El personal era muy amable, pero hay muy pocos. La propiedad está en terribles condiciones, hasta me enfermé por la poca limpieza. Tuvimos que comprar, papel de baño y artículos de higiene para limpiar el baño y gavetero. No hay seguridad y no te brindan aseo diario. Creo que lo que pagamos fue demasiado para el valor.

It was ok for a motel

My stay here at this motel was ok however, they had elevator issues which is a problem when they got 4 floors, of course the bedsheets and room were not properly cleaned, and some of the ice machines were broken which was frustrating because they didn’t have refrigerators or microwaves in the rooms. Carpets in the hallway needs deep cleaning other than that the motel was convenient and close to six flags.

Stained bedding, broken ice maker, dog barking, couples fighting, random guy knocking at my door, screaming kids, no fridge or microwave, sticky carpet, sketchy parking lot. You get what you pay for.

The TV did not work! The water remain HOT all night

This hotel sucked. We found roaches, the parking area seemed like we might have our cars broken into, the rooms look like they haven't' had repairs or inspections done in years. I would not recommend unless you're on an absolute budget or need to be near the cowboys stadium. the cowboys stadium is across the street, but still a bit of a walk under this Texas heat.
