깨끗하고 특히 화장실이 인상적이었습니다. 다만 전체적으로 노후화되었다는 느낌은 있어요.

Perfect location

직원분들도 친절하고 호텔도 깔끔하고 강아지 두마리 데리고 갈 수 있는 곳이라 너무 좋았습니다 벤쿠버 갈때마다 이용할 예정이에요

다운타운 Sky Train 역 바로 옆에 있어서 교통 무척 편합니다. 한 블럭만 옮겨가면 캐나다 도심의 생활을 느낄 수 있는 번화가가 있습니다. 밤 늦게까지 걸어다녀도 안전합니다. 도심 빌딩 숲에 있어서 창문은 꼭 암막을 쳐 놓아야 하는 게 단점입니다. 깨끗하고 친절합니다.

너무 좋았어요 위치도 너무 좋고 직원분들도 너무 친절하셨고 한국인 직원분이 체크인을 도와주셔서 너무 반가웠어요ㅎㅎ 객실도 매일 깨끗하게 청소해주시고 침구도 푹신푹신 깨끗깨끗! 밴쿠버 가신다면 넘넘 추천합니다

살면서 가봤던 호텔중 최고 좋은 호텔인듯 합니다. 특가로 떠서 저렴한 가격에 이용했음에도 불구하고 18층 최고 높은방을 줘서 벤쿠버 다운타운 뷰가 최고였습니다

좋은 전망과 크고 깨끗한 객실이었습니다.

Staff is exceptionally helpful

A very nice hotel staff are friendly accommodating I go here all the time because it's right downtown and an awesome place to stay

Clean room

The pool was enjoyable! And a special thank you to the staff that sourced extra towels for us. The rooms are clean & tasteful and bathroom was very spacious.

We didn’t use the business amenities and did not bring a pet. But the staff were AMAZING and went above and beyond. Loved the location of the hotel- perfect for our stay and the activities we took in.

Elevator was down and we booked a room with two queen beds however, when we got there, there were no two queen beds available. The gentleman we dealt with I believe was the manager wasn’t particularly apologetic or friendly. They did put us in a nice room with a pullout couch, didn’t give us any discount. When I asked about some sort of compensation, they said they needed to contact Expedia and then came back and offered us a $50 food voucher which they then forgot to give to us. The hotel is beautiful. The rooms are a little dated but the room we stayed in was large and luxurious and is good value. Maybe the manager was just having an off day however better customer service, especially when there’s no other options being offered is expected. It’s not good enough just to say we’re out of double bedrooms.

I've stayed at this hotel several times. It's really clean and the staff is fantastic. I like the convenient location and I like the retro 80's vibe which gives the hotel more personality than most. The food in the restaurant is actually pretty good for hotel food, too. One of the elevators was not working on this stay which was mildly inconvenient, but kind of hilarious, too, being packed in like sardines with other guests using the elevator. Overall, a really nice stay, and I will stay here again.
