직원분들도 친절하고 호텔도 깔끔하고 강아지 두마리 데리고 갈 수 있는 곳이라 너무 좋았습니다 벤쿠버 갈때마다 이용할 예정이에요

다운타운 Sky Train 역 바로 옆에 있어서 교통 무척 편합니다. 한 블럭만 옮겨가면 캐나다 도심의 생활을 느낄 수 있는 번화가가 있습니다. 밤 늦게까지 걸어다녀도 안전합니다. 도심 빌딩 숲에 있어서 창문은 꼭 암막을 쳐 놓아야 하는 게 단점입니다. 깨끗하고 친절합니다.

너무 좋았어요 위치도 너무 좋고 직원분들도 너무 친절하셨고 한국인 직원분이 체크인을 도와주셔서 너무 반가웠어요ㅎㅎ 객실도 매일 깨끗하게 청소해주시고 침구도 푹신푹신 깨끗깨끗! 밴쿠버 가신다면 넘넘 추천합니다

살면서 가봤던 호텔중 최고 좋은 호텔인듯 합니다. 특가로 떠서 저렴한 가격에 이용했음에도 불구하고 18층 최고 높은방을 줘서 벤쿠버 다운타운 뷰가 최고였습니다

좋은 전망과 크고 깨끗한 객실이었습니다.

다운타운 중심지에 있고 스카이트레인역이랑 아주 가까워서 왔다갔다하기가 매우 편하고 좋아요. 그리고 생각보다 직원도 친절하고 룸컨디션도 넘 좋아서 아주아주 만족했습니다!

It was over $600 for a hotel room for the night and it was not properly clean. There ws hair in the shower and in the folded clean towels and Qtips/ cotton swabs left under the coffee maker. There was mildew and mold around the entire perimeter of the shower ceilings. Hotel was informed they refunded parking and comped 2 coffees as compensation for an unclean room that we couldn't shower in or make coffee in for $610 a night. Working in hospitality myself im disappointed their policies dont include cleaning the room or even offering to once notified. And or offering a hotel breakfast while our room was cleaned. I worked for a 3 star vancouver hotel chain head office and our policy was to clean the room and comp breakfast while its cleaned and offer late check out, return 50% of the reservation costs or comp the entire reservation depending on severity of cleanliness issue. This hotel is a higher star rating and double the price per room. I certainly expected more for the exceedly high price tag. Staff was kind and friendly and empathetic my problem is with poor customer satisfaction hotel policy from such a massive conglomerate high end hotel chain that can definitely afford it.

Ideally central located Hotel with easy walking to many of the cities atteractions. Staff very helpful. Hotel and room clean although found it strange the usual robes and slippers missing from room. Coffee and tea facility present although no kettle in room as most Hotels just a basic machine. Bath and shower with good quality soaps provided usual safe in room and large comfottable bed.

J'ai beaucoup aimé l'endroit où est situé l'hôtel tout etait parfait pour moi je pouvais marcher a pieds sur une grande distance et tout etait à proximité, surtout le port de Vancouver quelle merveille je vous dis un gros merci d'avoir choisi cet endroit magnifique
