Overall I am satisfied. However, I felt bad because the bed sheets were not clean.

The rooms at the Hyatt Place are very nice, clean, large, and have a handy little extra sink, table area. It was very quiet and the breakfast was great! Will definitely stay here again if in the area.

Nice hotel with lots of dining options and shopping nearby. The rooms are big.

There is a lot of road noise at this place. Beds are average. Breakfast stops at 9am which frankly sucks as we had no notification of this and arrived after 8pm so the breakfast area was lights out without good sinage. We use Hyatt often and are members but this was a misfire.

Too many undisciplined children staying on Saturday night, running through the halls at 8 AM or 6 AM or 2 a.m.

Initially it was great. Until you look closer, yhe amount of visible mold was unsettling, not only in our room but the pool aswell. The beds left a lot to be desired. I have photos but it will not let me upload them.

The room was great and super clean. The A/C unit was noisy but we were too tired to hear much of it. Other than that, it was great

Our first room had a terrible smell coming from the AC into, which required us to move rooms. Our second room smelt so much better but half of the electrical plugs didn’t work. Rooms could be cleaner, but the staff was helpful with our room change.

Always a relaxing stay.

We did get housekeeping daily. But they didn’t vacuum our room daily. Just sheets and towels. The room was not according to website info. There was no microwave or fridge in our room which was very disappointing. I had to run to nearest Walmart to buy a cooler and kept filling it with ice. My kids loved the pool so I wouldn’t say it was completely terrible. The breakfast buffet was also not what expected. The entire experience was ok, but definitely not worth the price we paid for our 3day stay

Beautiful rooms, clean, and the living area with a pull-out sofa/bed was a nice place to chat. Quiet weekend getaway with my husband.Great ambiance. The only downside is no microwave in the rooms or an ice machine on the same floor. I loved it

Was very happy with the quick stay over night. Very nice pizza place to eat across the parking lot with good beer. Arrive late, grab some food and a couple beers and not have to worry about driving. Room was very nice.

Loved the layout of our room however many things were stained and felt not clean. Both the curtains and the couch were significantly stained. It’s a beautiful area, great room layout and space. Staff always on phones and not very responsive or friendly.

Rooms were clean, plenty of room, pool was warm but no hot tub. Great shower and good breakfast.

Everything about the hotel was excellent. My only complaint was the bed in our room was fairly uncomfortable. Otherwise we quite enjoyed our stay

We did like the size of the rooms, they were clean and our towels were changed out the second day. And the breakfast was good both mornings. However, both of our rooms had no body wash in the showers, and the air conditioner in our room was not working properly. It kept clicking and turning on and off all night. And the pool was closed due to maintenance. We were traveling for spring break with kids and i always book places with a pool. It never said anywhere that certain days were closed and they were vague at the front desk about it when I asked. He even mentioned the pool closing times at check in and never mentioned that it was closed. That was a huge bummer and had i known the pool was closed i would have booked somewhere else.

Friendly staff and room service. Pool area was not very clean.
