Room was very noisy caused by traffic. No grab bar in the shower.

It was very old, musty, old carpets very dingy

Honestly this is my go to hotel when i stay in Niagara. Good views and its perfect walking distance to everything. Uber is quick and cheap for anywhere thats too far to walk. Beds are comfy staff is super nice.

The room was good and the jacuzzi tub was a plus. Being a ground floor unit by the sidewalk and road made it noisier and someone really like to smoke pot and the smell travelled into the room and made it less pleasant.

Very good the staff and the facilities

The hotel and room was VERY dated, not overly clean. The room specifically but the hotel smelled of smoke. Nothing is new or in great condition The kids enjoyed the pool, Probably would not stay again.

They have lot of parking around the place

Best place to stay by the falls, very affordable and clean property and I will definitely be visiting again in the future.

The staff was very helpful and professional. All of them. Only complaint is the rooms need fixing balcony broken, cannot close properly without the extra latch, you can clearly see what the condition of the washrooms are and so on.
