Nice amenities as strongly recommendable points comparing with adequate accommodation fee

Very nice hotel in the heart of downtown. Great location and very walkable. Nice amenities at the hotel, staff are extremely helpful and friendly.

Great hotel and rooms. The restaurant was good and bar staff was awesome.

The room view from the second floor is terrible. Fan in bathroom on constantly. Night costs were high.

The room was spacious and comfortable. I didn't like the tiny sink in the bathroom or the sliding bathroom door, which was difficult to open from the inside.

The property is really well located and really nice inside. Our issue was the cleanliness of the amenities. There was a large wedding party that left behind a big mess, so much so that we couldn’t enjoy the outdoor pool and jacuzzi. We also had a few issues with our room; the shower didn’t work properly, the curtains were coming down, and our room was right above the smoking area so we were smelling smoke until late.

very busy with many baseball teams visiting . pool and hottub very busy and no towels remained . also hot tub was not warm in the morning at 9 am when I went to use it.otherwise comfortable bed and nice modern look and feel

I wasn’t overly impressed with this hotel. The location is close to amenities and it has a secure parking garage which I appreciated especially given the downtown location. The bed wasn’t comfortable, We ordered room service.The food we ordered was lukewarm and very bland. The hotel accepts pets but it’s in a terrible location if travelling with a dog. There are no grassy areas close to the hotel. Riverside Park is a great location nearby but dogs aren’t allowed.

Electric charger availability was not acceptable. With the popularity of electric vehicles having only one charger available on the premises is poor customer service. There were 3 cars in the electric vehicles parking area. We had to share 1 charger. There is a 4 hour limit notice but if the others guests do not follow the rules you cannot charge your car. Please consider increasing chargers.

Staff were friendly and knowledgeable. Location was great.

Checked in and first room was not finished being made up. Switched to another room. Staff was very accommodating. When booking with Expedia was unaware the pool was closed which was disappointing as this was part of the reason the property was selected. Price of room high for amenities offered.

Room was fine except for small, round sink installed in bathroom. Did not like local traffic noise and obnoxious people in the neighbourhood swearing and fighting. Staff were helpful and courteous. Why do your toilets use so much water? Very wasteful. Standard toilets use 6 litres, yours about 20 litres.
