캠브리지 외곽에 있는 호텔. 시설은 좀 오래된 편이고 대지가 넓어 주차는 편리하다. 실내 수영장과 피트니스 센터가 있으며, 아침 조식도 괜찮은 편이다

호텔 느낌보다는 요양원같았다. 아침식사는 알찬편이다. 시설이 노후되어있으나 잘 관리되고 있다 가족단위 2박이상 아주 만족도 높을듯 하자

Great check in area with polite staff. Good nights sleep until 7am each morning in a clean, comfortable bed. Room and corridors however are very dated and below standard of other hotels in the area.

We had a lovely stay, the hotel was very clean, beautifully decorated and peaceful. Lots of space to leave car and easy to jump onto a bus into Cambridge. Our room was clean and spacious. The only minus is that the room was very warm, and got even worse after showering because of poor airflow.

Lovely stay, good facilities, comfortable beds, plenty of space in room for a family of four. Lots of choice at breakfast.

It was amazing

Nice hotel, staff great, room was clean, breakfast lovely. Only thing I would improve would be rusty towel rail and extended mirror in bathroom needs replacing.

A decent hotel in convenient location. The bedrooms and bathrooms are a bit dated and in need on renovation... The bathroom in particular sorely needs updating. But over all a comfortable night sleep and good facilities. Very helpful and friendly staff and was made to feel welcome. Would definitely stay again.

First night checked in looked under the bed as I usually do diván base ripped in multiple places no hot water until around 21.30 returned to hotel next day at 16.00 room not cleaned

Booked as a night away to visit Cambridge with my two young children. Our room wasn’t ready at check in time which was disappointing but without having to ask we were offered free drinks and activity packs for the kids along with apologies. Cookies too! Room was what you’d expect from a holiday inn, basic but comfortable. Slight niggle was the sofa bed being out blocked the dressing table/chair area. This could be easily addressed by just reconfiguring the layout of the room slightly. Meant I had to get ready on the floor in front of full length mirror. The bathroom was old and tired and could do with a full refurb, but at the very least just some mould and limescale treatment! A new toilet seat and fixtures and fittings would go a long way too without having to rip it all out. We tried the pool in the health club, had to go on a waiting list and the go back to room and get called. Understandable as they were at capacity but would’ve been helpful if there was a way to communicate this to guests prior to us traipsing down with 2 excited kids. Not the end of the world. Pool was small but ok. Changing rooms were dirty and had no individual changing areas, but the latter is what I’d expect from a hotel gym. We had breakfast for £13, kids eat free. Decent buffet food but no one came to ask if we wanted anything from the a la carte menu. Overall I’d stay again in the area, but the main draw was the pool but I’d probably not use it again so likely would try another hotel.

Check in was easy, room was as described, pool and spa facilities were good although the steam room and jacuzzi were out of action for a whole day. Parking was ample.

Executive king room was in poor condition with water damaged skirting board in the bedroom, black and rotten which, COINCIDENTALLY the maintenance lady appeared to replace just as we put our bags on the bed at first entry. She offered another room to similar standard on the first floor which was very tired and had not been painted recently. Small TV in the offered replacement cin comparison made us stay where we were. The chain lock on our doors had obviously been smashed off with splintered door frame. Painters simply painted over it. Do they ever prep with glasspaper? Pool full of kids its half term so waiting list fot all gym, Pool or sauna. No rota or time limit on entire families spendin selfish hours in the pool. Receptionist's English very poor throughout. Car parking £8 per day! Forgot this one!

Service was very good but the hotel feels tired and dated. Food was good. Gym is well equipped and wasn't too busy.

Staff very welcoming room was clean

I had a comfortable overnight stay at the Holiday Inn in Impington, but for £95 for the one night without breakfast, I expected it to be better. The room itself was clean, the bed was very comfortable and there was tea & coffee facilities and a bottle of water in the little fridge, but the overall condition of the decor in the Bedroom and Bathroom was tired and a bit shabby. I found the room cold, probably due to the full length curtains covering the radiator, but despite adjusting the heating/air conditioning on the wall, it made no difference. Fortunately there was an electric radiator in the room, which I plugged in and used for most of my stay. I could not find any heating in the Bathroom, not even a heated towel rail, so consequently my towels were still damp in the morning. On a plus side, the Staff were very polite and helpful and I thoroughly enjoyed using the leisure facilities, although would recommend using them early morning rather than in the evening as it gets very busy.
