Stay was great but when attempting to validate parking as indicated on the sign at the gate of the garage, I was turned down. The hotel does not cover parking even though the signs all over the garage indicated otherwise.

Friendly staff, check in quick and easy, and lots of things with in walking distance

Breakfast was free AND amazing! Beds were comfy! My kids even loved the pull out bed. In most hotels they are usually very uncomfortable. But they slept great! Only complaints I have would be the tv doesn’t have options to watch streaming services and the floor around the pool/hot tub is VERY slippery. I watched multiple kids/adults slip and fall just from walking. Otherwise, we will definitely be staying here again!

Our room was spacious and clean. The bed and pillows were comfortable. We enjoyed the complimentary drinks in the evening and snacks. This hotel is located in a good area. All staff were friendly.

Hard to find and get to. But felt safe in the garage. Love the connection to other buildings. The pool floor was covered in standing water and very slippery. We enjoyed the breakfast and nightly reception with free drinks and snacks. The air conditioning in the room was very loud and always kicking on and off without much coolness.

Excellent customer service & overall staff friendliness and helpfulness. Such a nice, clean & organized hotel! The only thing I would like to see and recommend is they upgrade the TVs in the rooms to smart TVs; so customers have a way to log in with their streaming service apps. The current TVs are a little behind the times without a real guide that you scroll through and click on, and see what each channel is playing as you scroll. Beyond that, a very amazing stay and would definitely stay again. Highly recommend! 5 ⭐

Amazing time for our family for the 4th of July weekend!

We loved the hotel, staff, free breakfast, but July 4th night, two teens were shot & killed, 5 others injured. It was a 4th of July celebration & hundreds of teens present. Unfortunately, it ended in gun violence.

Very clean and friendly staff.

Everything was good, but there was some brown liquid leakin from the toilet onto the floor.

$48 a day for parking

The bed was awesome fit like a glove you can control the atmosphere easily. It’s fairly quiet considering its location, but I did not like the entrance to the hotel for somebody who hasn’t been around there. I had to really fish for it and it didn’t make much sense, rather than that was a pleasant day. The breakfast bar could’ve been better, but it was still pretty good.
