Beautiful lobby, spacious room, clean all around

Everything was wonderful overall. However, Room 1410 had two issues in the bathroom. First, the water in both the sink and the shower drained very slowly. Second, the bathroom ventilation fan was covered in a thick layer of dust, which made me question the cleanliness standards of such an otherwise excellent hotel. Aside from these concerns, everything else was great.

I checked into the Omni King Edward Hotel after an exchausting flight (> 18 hours) from Sydney to Toronto. Upon arrival, I was greeted at the check-in desk by a very friendly Associate Mr. Park. I really appreciate him making the check-in process smooth and fast. To my delight, I was upgraded to the hotel's best suite, which was very comfortable and well-appointed, providing a much-needed respite after such a long journey. The associate also introduced me to the hotel bar and provided me with a complimentary drink coupon. I decided to dine at the bar that evening. The food was delicious and the local wine (suggested by another gentle female associate at the bar) was excellent, making for a wonderful dining experience. The room was large, clean and elegant in keeping with the hotel's history. The toiletries and personal care items were from NEST (New York). Overall, the exceptional service experiences, the room, and the dinner made my stay at the hotel highly memorable. I would like to express my gratitude to the entire team, especially the one at the front desk during check-in, for making my stay so enjoyable!

Great stay, beautiful room.

I had a wonderful stay at this hotel. The facilities are excellent—modern, clean, and very well maintained. The rooms are spacious, beautifully designed, and extremely comfortable, making it easy to relax after a long day. What truly made the experience stand out was the staff. Everyone was incredibly kind, welcoming, and always ready to help with anything I needed. Their service made me feel genuinely valued as a guest. The location is also a major highlight. It’s perfectly situated, making it easy to access nearby attractions, restaurants, and transportation. Overall, I highly recommend this hotel and would definitely stay here again.

Todo en este hotel me gustó. Las instalaciones, el servicio, el personal, las habitaciones y los alimentos. Todo es de primer nivel. Además de que el hotel está muy bien ubicado y además tiene un estacionamiento cómodo de accesar.

What a beautiful hotel - they were also dog friendly so we were able to have a wonderful staycation with our fur baby too.

Location location location. Beautiful hotel steps from yonge street and the Eaton Center. Thank you for the complimentary upgrade, the room was incredible. We were treated like and felt like Royalty. We will be back. Thanks again, Leigh and Paul.

Madeleine was extremely helpful, but the room we were “upgraded” to didn’t feel like an upgrade. Though it was a suite, it was on the second floor which meant that there were windows that remained covered the whole time because of the location. I am a person who enjoys natural light, so ot was not ideal. I couldn’t help but wonder whether we were upsold in order to rent a room that is normally difficult to have occupied. Having said that, it was otherwise a great experience. The staff were extremely helpful. I had a wardrobe malfunction when the platform of my boot detached from the foot, and the engineering department saved the day! I would wdibtwlt stay there again, but not in that room.

This hotel was centrally located and within walking distance of everything we wanted to see/do. We felt safe in the neighborhood. There is a cable car right outside the hotel which we did use once to get to the distillery district. There is also a Shoppers Drug Mart down the block. We got a room with an amazing view of the CN tower. Such a beautiful sight at night. Our room (two beds) was spacious. Lots of storage space for two adults and a child. The beds were comfortable. I liked that the shower was a separate room from the restroom. We didn’t interact too much with staff. However, the cleaning staff were so accommodating and checked in with us to ensure we had fresh towels and water (we are part of the loyalty program). My husband used the fitness room and said it was modern and had lots of extra amenities like water fountain and towels. The hotel offered coffee and apples in the morning. There is a list a restaurant but we didn’t get a chance to eat there. I would definitely recommend this hotel.

Classic luxury hotel. Spacious and elegant rooms. Superb service and unbeatable location.

What a lovely hotel with all the amenities. Everything from the coffee with cream to one of the top five burger patties I have ever had on a breakfast sandwich in the fancy restaurant. Staff was super friendly as well
