무료 와이파이가 안되는 호텔 경험이라니...너무 불편했다 아침 뷔페 역시 빵이나 샐러드 하나 없는 가격대비 완벽히 속은 기분이 든다 위치는 킹역 바로 앞에 있고 로렌스 마켓까지 도보 10분 거리로 그 점은 괜찮았다

I stayed for 3 days, and from the very first day I requested slippers. I was told they were already sold out. I even asked them to reserve a pair for me when new ones arrived the next day, but somehow there were still no slippers available during my entire stay. It was honestly shocking that a 4-star hotel could not provide enough slippers for its guests. The housekeeping was also disappointing. There were some things left on the floor that should have been cleaned up, but even after the room was supposedly cleaned, they were still there. I also noticed hair left behind, which made the room feel poorly maintained. Breakfast was another big disappointment. There were no basic salad or fresh vegetable options at all. The breakfast only consisted of about three kinds of bread, yogurt, bacon, sausage, omelets, and fruit. Charging $30–40 for such a limited breakfast selection is honestly unbelievable. At the very least, fresh vegetables and a proper drink station should be provided. There was not even a beverage corner, and I had to ask for water separately. On top of that, Wi-Fi in the room required an extra charge, which is something I have almost never experienced before. Since the hotel is quite old, the air conditioner was extremely noisy, and the refrigerator in the room did not even work properly. Overall, this was one of the worst hotel experiences I have had.

Beautiful lobby, spacious room, clean all around

Everything was wonderful overall. However, Room 1410 had two issues in the bathroom. First, the water in both the sink and the shower drained very slowly. Second, the bathroom ventilation fan was covered in a thick layer of dust, which made me question the cleanliness standards of such an otherwise excellent hotel. Aside from these concerns, everything else was great.

I checked into the Omni King Edward Hotel after an exchausting flight (> 18 hours) from Sydney to Toronto. Upon arrival, I was greeted at the check-in desk by a very friendly Associate Mr. Park. I really appreciate him making the check-in process smooth and fast. To my delight, I was upgraded to the hotel's best suite, which was very comfortable and well-appointed, providing a much-needed respite after such a long journey. The associate also introduced me to the hotel bar and provided me with a complimentary drink coupon. I decided to dine at the bar that evening. The food was delicious and the local wine (suggested by another gentle female associate at the bar) was excellent, making for a wonderful dining experience. The room was large, clean and elegant in keeping with the hotel's history. The toiletries and personal care items were from NEST (New York). Overall, the exceptional service experiences, the room, and the dinner made my stay at the hotel highly memorable. I would like to express my gratitude to the entire team, especially the one at the front desk during check-in, for making my stay so enjoyable!

The Omni King Edward Hotel was very upscale and gorgeous in every way. We were celebrating anniversaries with my husband’s brother and his wife, it was the perfect setting! I can’t say enough about this place. It is so beautiful, the rooms are emasculate and so comfortable. The location is so central to everything you’d want to see. We did a dinner cruise which was exquisite, enjoyed the hop on hop off bus tour and saw Casa Loma which was amazing. Then we visited St Lawrence Market which wa unlike any market I had ever been to. Beautiful food, hand crafted pastries galore, just about any food item you could hope to find and all so fresh! It’s two stories! Sad to not have anything like it close to home. Stay at this hotel, you won’t be sorry. It’s strikingly beautiful, friendly staff, and there fave is as much bottled water as we needed as it was very hot while we were there. Wonderful!!!

It's a very classy hotel. Rooms can be bit dark due to the lack and small size of the windows in the room. The adjustment buildings block alot of light

Chambre avec équipement conforme aux images, salle de bain aussi. Belle chambre. Lit confortable. Table de nuit sale et COLLANTE, non nettoyée avant mon arrivée. J'ai dû demander 2 FOIS à la réception de l'hôtel pour qu'elle soit nettoyée avant que cela soit effectivement fait. Je me suis donc demandé si le mobilier de la chambre avait réellement été nettoyé avant mon check-in ... ? Je n'ai reçu AUCUN réel mot d'excuse ou geste ou quoi que ce soit pour ce désagrément... Petit-déjeuner non inclus, alors que le prix de l'hôtel était déjà conséquent. Je l'accorde, cela était peut-être marqué lors de la réservation, mais je trouve cela exagéré, surtout lorsqu'on voit le prix de la chambre... Ce service était, certes, payant mais la nourriture n'était pas excellente. J'ai préféré aller prendre mon petit-déjeuner à l'extérieur de l'hôtel - c'était moins cher et bien meilleur. Les serveurs du restaurants qui ont fait une grimace lorsqu'ils ont vu que je n'avais pas donné un pourboire de 20% mais de 15%...

This place doesn’t even need a review. Just go there. Amazing property.

Location was great. Walking distance to a lot of the spots we wanted to go. The bathroom wasn't properly cleaned. There was a used qtip and tissue on the floor. Hair stuck to the side of the tub.

The hotel is lovely and the rooms are big and clean. Downside is no minibar, only an empty fridge. Gym is decent. No licker room from what I could see.

Excellent hotel. Had nice ice cream set up in the lobby to sample. Front entrance was under construction (surprise it is summer) and only disappointment was the premier King room. In a prior stay our room was much larger with a full sitting area - this stay it felt like a standard king room.
