호텔은 조금 오래되었지만 아주 훌륭합니다.특히나 객실을 쥬니어 스위트로 업그레이드 해 주어서 너무 만족했습니다.넓은 객실.2개의 욕실.침대 모든 점이 좋았습니다. 객실청소도 깨끗.조식도 훌륭.그리고 두오모성당베키아.피티궁전 등 유적지 모두 5분컷.위치 좋습니다 특히나 front office manager MAZTINA의 친절함에 감사드려요.그녀는 항상 웃는 얼굴로 인사 해 주었고 질문에 적극적으로 도움을 주어서 너무 고맙습니다.그리고 야간에 근무하는 키 큰 남자직원분도 친절했어요.다음에 피렌체에 오면 꼭 다시 머무르고 싶습니다.

위치는 환상적.. 역과도 가깝고 피렌체 주요 관광지와도 매우 가까워서 좋습니다 특히 너무 골목이 아니라서 안전합니다 그렇지만 호텔이 4성급인것을 감안하면 너무 오래되었고 보수가 필요한 상태입니다 샤워부스의 샤워기는 고정되어있어서 매우 불편하고 서랍이라든지 객실의 무언가를 열때마다 퀴퀴한 냄새가 납니다 물론 하우스키핑은 잘되지만.. 그냥 전반적으로 오래되서 불편한건 어쩔수 없네요 그리고 침대 근처에 콘센트 없는건 최악...

시설, 위치, 친절도 모두 제가 경험한 호텔 중 최상급입니다. 가족 여행이라면 강추합니다.

위치 방 안전 체크인 다 좋았다

피렌체두오모에서 가깝고 산타마리아 노벨라역에서 가까워서 위치가 좋았습니다. 인테리어도 예쁘고 시설도 깨끗한 편이고 직원들도 친절해서 만족스러웠습니다.

커피포트가 없다. 물도 안줌 시설이 구식

Hotel che si conferma nel tempo di alto livello con un personale disponibile al di là della cortesia e gentilezza che si pretende a questi standard.Camera e bagno rispondono alle attese e sono curati più volte al giorno. Unica pecca la colazione, con un offerta, in spazi angusti, che risponde essenzialmente ai desideri e abitudini della clientela estera e americana e una caffetteria che fa torto alla elevata tradizione italiana. Al contrario il servizio bar e piccola ristorazione è eccellente per qualità e disponibilità.

We had a wonderful stay at Hotel De La Ville in Florence. The property and the staff were amazing from the time we stepped into the lobby. The location is perfect and allowed us to come back for a rest from the many things to do in Florence when needed. It is also within walking distance of the train station. The breakfast is also amazing, it dues however get busy around 7:30am. Our room was perfect for a family of 3, 2 adults and a teenager. Would highly recommend.

Lovely hotel in the heart of the city but away from the noise. Most key sites about 5/10 mins walk and close to the main station.

The hotel was beautiful, the staff was very friendly and the location was excellent! The breakfast was served with a lot of local fresh fruits and pastries. Every time we left the room, it was freshened up. I’d recommend this hotel to anyone staying in Florence.

This hotel exceeded my every expectation. Starting with the location, it sits on the most prestigious avenue among the best luxury stores in the word and then walk around the corner to the Duomo. Wonderful and friendly staff. Delicious and elegant breakfast buffet with linens and silverware. Beautifully appointed spaces throughout. Spotless beautifully appointed room with fine linens and beds turned down at night. Can not praise them enough for an A+ experience. Thank you !

Eu amei! Fiquei 8 dias hospedada. Equipe cordial, quarto limpo, café da manhã delicioso. Localização perfeita. Enfim, volto em breve pra Firenze e voltarei ao hotel com certeza! Obrigada
