호텔은 조금 오래되었지만 아주 훌륭합니다.특히나 객실을 쥬니어 스위트로 업그레이드 해 주어서 너무 만족했습니다.넓은 객실.2개의 욕실.침대 모든 점이 좋았습니다. 객실청소도 깨끗.조식도 훌륭.그리고 두오모성당베키아.피티궁전 등 유적지 모두 5분컷.위치 좋습니다 특히나 front office manager MAZTINA의 친절함에 감사드려요.그녀는 항상 웃는 얼굴로 인사 해 주었고 질문에 적극적으로 도움을 주어서 너무 고맙습니다.그리고 야간에 근무하는 키 큰 남자직원분도 친절했어요.다음에 피렌체에 오면 꼭 다시 머무르고 싶습니다.

위치는 환상적.. 역과도 가깝고 피렌체 주요 관광지와도 매우 가까워서 좋습니다 특히 너무 골목이 아니라서 안전합니다 그렇지만 호텔이 4성급인것을 감안하면 너무 오래되었고 보수가 필요한 상태입니다 샤워부스의 샤워기는 고정되어있어서 매우 불편하고 서랍이라든지 객실의 무언가를 열때마다 퀴퀴한 냄새가 납니다 물론 하우스키핑은 잘되지만.. 그냥 전반적으로 오래되서 불편한건 어쩔수 없네요 그리고 침대 근처에 콘센트 없는건 최악...

시설, 위치, 친절도 모두 제가 경험한 호텔 중 최상급입니다. 가족 여행이라면 강추합니다.

위치 방 안전 체크인 다 좋았다

피렌체두오모에서 가깝고 산타마리아 노벨라역에서 가까워서 위치가 좋았습니다. 인테리어도 예쁘고 시설도 깨끗한 편이고 직원들도 친절해서 만족스러웠습니다.

커피포트가 없다. 물도 안줌 시설이 구식

The location was great. The room was good. The AC was good. The breakfast was mediocre. It was included and convenient.

We loved our stay at the hotel. The staff were all very attentive and helpful and the room was always spotless.

The hotel was immaculate and the reception staff were polite, efficient and able to help advise us when we had any queries. the room was spotless and our stay at the hotel was great. Only one member of staff let the whole team down. At breakfast, the female staff member was very dismissive of us and others.

Nous avions pris la chambre en urgence alors que nous étions déjà sur Florence. Le personnel a été très réactif pour nous préparer la chambre. L’hôtel est confortable, le bar très agréable avec un happy hour tous les soirs. Le petit déjeuner est très copieux. Un endroit très agréable pour se reposer après une journée très animée dans la ville.

Both the hotel and staff were excellent. Location was also superb, in the middle of all the Florence sites with easy walking everywhere.

Perfect stay, perfect location

Breakfast was amazing. The servers for the breakfast were very kind. The Hotel itself is placed at the best possible location and very close to Duomo. Room was reasonably large. Only downside was there was no view from the room that we got. Other than that a perfect experience!

Location-5 star! Walking distance to all the need-to-sights in Florence! Breakfast also 5-star! They even prepared box breakfasts for our early departure! Cleaning of room done 2X a day with replenished amenities! (But body lotion in sachet just enough for your hands! Why so stingy with body lotion?)) Room thermostat was old, we could not control temp so we just turned it off most of the time. Overall, i would recommend staying here.

A standout Florence experience — 5 stars Our stay at Hotel de la Ville was nothing short of superb. A complimentary room upgrade welcomed us on arrival, and from that point on the service was impeccable—thoughtful, attentive, and consistently high‑quality. Its central location places the best of Florence at your doorstep, yet the hotel maintains a serene, luxurious atmosphere. We cannot recommend this property enough and look forward to returning on our next visit to the city.
