Wifi is not working!!

호텔의청결이나직원들의친절함도비교적만족스러웠고가격대비호텔의전망이나주변의편의시설도가까워서이용함에있어서좋았습니다.

They are not PET FRIENDLY. the room was $124 and there was a $105 fee for our 14 pound cavapoo. There is also a $100 deposit for all guests which we have yet to receive back on our card after a week and a half.

The property was beautiful and the staff were great. Overall the rooms and inside of the property were in desperate need for an update. There were cracks in the sink and the tub and there was only 1 ice machine.

Got to our room it had bed bugs and the person at the front desk refused to call the manager, even after we caught one and brought it to the desk.

Did not stay because of bed bugs

I booked 5 room 3/29/25. Upon arrival 1 room was not ready. They said it would not be ready for 1 1/2 hours. Room-1 had mold around the tub walls and the tube looked as if it had not been clean in a while. I through I was getting bit by mosquitoes. I woke up in the middle of the night and found and killed 3 bugs in the bed and seen one crawling on the dresser. Room-2 after waiting on the room, the senior person in the group was placed on the 2nd floor to climb 2 flights of steps. The tub was stopped up, the bedding had stains on it. Room 3- something was in the tub that mad it slippery. Room 4- Shower curtains had yellow stains on the bottom. Room 5- smelled awful. Overall- Rooms had coffee machines, coffee and filters with no coffee pots. No housekeeping at all. We had to ask for toilet paper and towels. None of the rooms were cleaned while were away. Breakfast- The eggs and sausage were cold sitting in a hot tray. There where muffins in the case with mold on them and some of the coffee creamers were spoiled. The hotel hallways were not clean, they had cobwebs and bugs throughout the hallways, mold on the walls outside. 2 months before my arrival date another family member tried got a room and was charged $660. Another tried to get a room 1 month before and was told the price would be $790. The other 5 rooms were $428. The good thing about the hotel it is in a great location.

We have stayed here 3 times now and always loved this place! This 2 day trip changed that! Room wasn’t vacuumed, hair dryer didn’t work, roach in room, microwave didn’t work, no shelf in fridge that should have had one, complained to front desk and was told sorry nothing we can do! Will never go to this hotel again! I could have been ok with the inconvenient things if they would have done ANYTHING to make it right! They barely wanted to say sorry. Awful customer service

It was an older hotel but it was clean and cozy. No issues at all.

Nice place on Lake Erie. Several restaurants in walking distance. Good breakfast. Comfortable room and a whirlpool bathtub.

Property was right on the lake.

Es ist nicht ok wenn man ein Doppelzimmer in der günstigsten Kategorie bucht laut Aussage der Reception immer ein Behindertenzimmer bekommt. Wenn dies so ist erwarten wir in der Beschreibung auf ihrer Homepage wenigstens einen Hinweis

I only stayed there over night. My room was filled with small ants. I told the person behind the desk when I checked out and he just shrugged his shoulders. It seemed like he didn’t care. So why should I care about going back there again!

The hotel is very dated… we booked a king suite and we were very disappointed with the overall look and smell of the room. The carpets were very old and felt terrible on our bare feet, the window seals had mold, the ac filters looked like they had never been cleaned, the bathtub had hair in it, the chairs and the couch cushions were stained and the bed smelt like an old attic. The continental breakfast consisted of a faulty waffle maker that only one side worked, eggs and frozen sausage. The parking lot was tight but manageable. The staff was nice and friendly though and the view from our room of the lake was pretty cool. Overall, I would not stay here again.

DIRTY! Booked the whirlpool suite and there was so much dirt and hair in the tub. Had to go down to the lobby to get gloves and cleaning supplies. Absolutely disgusting

Was ok- definitely something i would not have picked if I went to tour it before staying there. Very musty and outdated. Not worth the almost $200 we spent. The breakfast was ok- I mean it was free but could have been better. No taste tk the OJ and the sausage was suspicious looking

Feel like breakfast has went down hill alot compared to last year. Ants were crawling up the tables in our room an some in the bathroom was going to tell front desk when we left but no one came out.

Excellent service and great location! Our favorite place to hide away in Port Clinton!

Where to begin...? My room had a musty smell upon arrival. One can overlook this since it is a lakefront property and can be damp, however the bathtub had mold/mildew around the rim, the granite top of the vanity was severely cracked, the TV hard to figure out and although there was a sheet explaining the WiFi and TV it indicated for tech service to dial "O" for front desk but the room phone did not work! Tried repeatedly to connect to WiFi with no success. The bed comfort was just ok, you could feel the springs. 2nd day I inquired about the Wi Fi and was told " Oh yes, the woman who previously stayed in that room, moved to another because there was no connectivity. So, the only good thing I can say is the manager moved us to another room which was much better. However, as I checked out, I asked the manager why, if he knew there were problems, would he put me in that room in the first place. (the place was practically empty). He said he was OFFENDED that I would ask such a question. The manager is a jerk! All I ever saw him do was lecture his employees. Also, if you purport your place to be pet friendly, there should be a place to walk you dog on site and have poop bags available along with a waste can. No such amenities were available. I have stayed at Quality Inn in the past and although not luxury, accommodations were always clean and comfortable. Not here. The best thing about this hotel is it is next to Jolly Rogers (Excellent perch and walleye)
