This is place is beyond my expectation. Warm hospitality, good atmosphere, night pool too.

The team at the property was very friendly and flexible.

The lobby was great! The staff was awesome! The room was kind of unclean. Details were definitely missed! The mirrors were dirty. The glass doors had handprints on them. Things were dusty. The ice machine was out of ice. And for over $300 a night I shouldn’t have to pay for water!

I was there on an overnight stay, having been traveling since 3:00 am so I was grateful for the early check-in! Excellent service, one small glitch, remote on my TV wasn't working, mentioned it when I went out for dinner and when I came back it still wasn't fixed. Problem finally resolved. The view from my window was of one of the HVAC systems, which might be a consideration for some, but as I mentioned it was an overnight stay, I was tired, so it didn't matter to me. This is an excellent Hotel in every way, and I will stay there every time I am in the Westlake area.

This is my second time staying at this hotel, overall I was happy with the experience.

99% of hotels offer complementary bottles of water. This Hyatt does not if you are not a Hyatt rewards member. Last time I will ever stay at a Hyatt. Simple this simple they cannot give guests. Ridiculous. The Holiday Inn even gives complimentary water.

Clean, quiet, courteous staff and easy to walk to Old Pasadena.

The staff was my favorite part of my stay here. Very friendly. Unfortunately my rating is quite low because of how horrendous the bedding is. I wish I could attach a photo, the comforter was literally see-through. It seemed like 98% of the filling is gone and it was essentially two sheets sewn together. The sheets did not feel very nice, either. That alone is worth a bad rating, as having a comfy bed is one of the most important things for a hotel. Way too expensive for that, there’s no excuse. For that reason I’m not sure I’ll ever stay at a Hyatt again if that’s an acceptable way to dress the beds.

Excellent customer service received from FD (Melissa? So sorry if we forgot your name), housekeeping, and breakfast staff. The room is clean and spacious. The breakfast varieties are decent.

I stayed there on a business trip overall I was happy with my room and overall it’s a nice hotel.

Staff is friendly and super helpful from valet, front desk and housekeeping.

Unfortunately, the air conditioning system in our room was extremely loud. It also cycled on and off every fifteen minutes or so. The water was turned off for repairs on our first night there with no prior notification. We could easily have stayed somewhere else had we known. The carpet is getting very old and worn . The stairs have one step with shredded carpet. I expected better conditions for the price.

Regrettably, there was above us having a party into the morning (6am), keeping us awake all night. At one point, there was a domestic violence incident with the party. The hotel did very little, other than a brief discussion by security. As the party ended, the drunken group was allowed to wander around property causing disturbances. It was hard to believe.

Nice hotel. But very loud as you can hear other peoples conversations in the next room. You have to pay $12 cor parking a night.

Everything was perfect!! Except the lady at my door at 10:50am harassing me to leave while i was trying to get ready to leave for checkout
