Old but easier. Very nice location in Vancouver. A lot Restaurant, Cafe, CVS, market, etc.

Advantages: I was pleased with the service and facilities. The hotel offers stunning views of the downtown skyline, beautiful beaches, the sea, and surrounding mountains. The staff were very kind and accommodating. Additionally, there are several restaurants and convenience stores nearby. While the hotel is somewhat far from the train stations for walking, it is conveniently close to bus stops. Disadvantages: Occasionally, I could hear noises such as elevator operation and water flowing from other rooms. However, these were not particularly bothersome.

The Cosmo room (penthouse with ocen view) was unreal. The 2nd balcony off the bathroom was one heck of a surprise.

We booked this as it was close to a squash tournament (2 facilities - its in the middle and close to everything downtown). -Upon entry I was regretting the decision, for $240 a night, the walls entering to the area from the underground parking were filthy. I could have booked many different hotels likely cleaner and safer with better amenities. Kitchen good - had 4 plates/bowls etc. Washroom good - it's a bit small Beds - 2 single beds is a weird setup...and the pullout couch was VERY uncomfortable. -Washer/dryer same machine - worked well! 1902 - SUPER quiet in the hallway - didn't hear anything, but did hear sirens on the street all night. -Outdoor pool - not open. -Elevators were slow and old -Entrance to the parkade,many vagrants in that alley. View - we were on the 19th floor facing the water - view was great The gym, had some good equipment, room was old, and again quite dirty. I felt like I needed to not just disinfect the equipment but also myself after using. ***There are washrooms with a fob on the 3rd floor with the gym, the gym is open 24hrs but the washrooms are not (why not? You need a key to get into both). Overall the place was ok - having extra space was the best part, however I would likely stay elsewhere for better amenities.

We had a lovely time at this hotel and we’re upgraded with a great view on the 18th floor. Farranak was exceptional at the front desk. Good location.

Helpful and friendly staff, they upgraded my room and it was clean and quiet. Enjoyed my stay there.

We were on 23rd floor with an wonderful ocean view. The room has been recently renovated and is clean and modern.

Good place to stay, but getting a bit out of shape…

The property definitely needs renovation from the parking deck to to different rooms and floors and not just a wallpaper over up or repaint. The rooms look dated and the lighting gives motel 8 vibes. the bathrooms are probably the most clean and updated thing I had in my room. The balcony's covered in spiders and could use a pressure wash. the building could use a pressure wash and restore from the doors to the floors, to door knobs. it all looks dated and kinda dirty. the staff is amazing however and the location is centered to where you can go left or right out of the hotel and hit the dome or the beach after a few lights. You will be centered in a LGBTQ area. So if that's not your thing you do have to go walk a bit to go so stuff unrelated to that. Over all I wouldn't stay here again. I didnt fully feel comfortable so I was out most days and couldnt sleep. It just didnt feel welcoming or comfortable.

I had a terrific room with a waterfront view but I had to move because the construction noise and dust was so intense that it was not possible to stay in that room. After some prompting the management moved me up to another room with a good view and no construction issues. I really appreciate this hotel, its location, the value, and quality of the suites if you stay in renovated parts of the building. There should be a warning on their site and with the sites that promote them about construction issues.

We had amazing stay! The staff were friendly and helpful, and upgraded our room to a king suite with ocean views, without us even asking. The room was externally clean, and fully stocked with everything we could need for our stay. Plus, the view was absolutely stunning!
