Very Nice Hotel

Had a good stay and enjoyed the club perks.

I stayed in the renovated rooms the last few times and gave a great review but this time only old rooms were available and the first two they gave me had a very strong cigarette smell. The staff was VERY helpful and found a third room that didn’t smell as bad but it was still dark and dated with chargers from another era. Not what you usually get for over 500$ a night.

The staff were not well informed about Saturday on street parking charges, which changed in Oct 2025 — no longer free.

Comfortable room. Conveniently located. Helpful staff. Connected to a Tim Hortons.

Older property but well kept. Very comfortable beds. Bathroom was a bit small, barely enough room to close the door. On site restaurant/bar was good and Tim Horton’s also on site.

Hotel was pretty clean. Only complaint myself and my travel mates had was the beds weren’t the greatest. The hotel is in a great location! Close to parliament and all the sights!

Good hotel great renovated rooms. My biggest complain that made me move rooms (from a renovated to an un renovated room) as the adjoining doors allow for so much noise transfer.

Lobby level looked fine, staff was great. Just at my floor, carpet was cut and just duct-taped, my door sliding lock was replaced with a screw, and just the feel of the room felt dirty for some reason, even though it looked clean. Other than that, everything was else was great, especially the staff

J’ai eu une très mauvaise expérience lors de ma visite. On m’a donné la clef d’une chambre déjà occupée. La seconde chambre que l’on m’a donné était sale et semblait ne pas avoir été nettoyé adéquatement. Je suis déçue pour le prix que j’ai payé

Nice clean hotel with recently renovated rooms. Amazing, large pool, which is rare. Gym is a little small and could really use a full set of dumbbells. The pool changing rooms and sauna should be cleaned more frequently.
