It's very convenient to access many beautiful sites by the subway.

애스토리아 역 나오자마자 바로 위치해요. 위치가 너~무 좋네요.

It is very nice location and very comfortable. Room condition is not bad. But not freindly to asian. And cafe charge service charge without my permission.

전철역이 바로 옆에 있고 공항에서 E100번을 타고 호텔 바로 맞은 편에 내릴 수 있어서 편리함. 호텔은 연식이 오래 되었고 비수기임에도 방배정을 House Keeper들이 사용하는 Service Room앞으로 배정해 주어서 아침에 오고 가는길에 이들이 모여 잡담을 나누는 모습을 보았고 방에서도 소리가 들림. 체크인 한 날 저녁에 샤워젤 통이 비어 있어서 채워달라고 하니 다른 통을 주었는데 3박 하는 동안 샤워젤 통을 교체하지 않고 그대로 둠. 화장실 티슈 박스 통이 벽에 설치되어 있는데 티슈를 꺼내는 순간 박스 두껑이 열려져서는 닫히지 않음. 둘째 날 방청소를 하지 않도록 하고 추가 타월 2개를 요청했는데 욕실 바닥에 까는 타월 2개를 방에 넣어 두었음. 서비스 생수도 없고, 커피 포터는 물론 차나 커피도 방에 비치외어 있지 않음. 심지어 메모지나 펜도 없음. 방 안에는 아무 것도 없다고 보면 됨. 조식은 그런대로 괜찮았으나 조식 식당 앞에서 방번호를 체크하는 남자 직원의 인상이 너무 근엄하여 부담을 줌. 체크 아웃후에 짐을 맡기고 오후4시경 찾았는데 별도의 가방 보관 Room이 있어서 잘 보관됨. 마지막날 조식 때 식사하러 내려가니 영화촬영으로 식당이 변경되었다고 1층으로 올라가라는 푯말을 보고 다시 위로 올라감. 미리 엘리베이트 등에 공지를 했으면 2층 숙소 바로 아래 층으로 걸어가면 되는데....서비스 마인드가 부족함. 방이 팁을 두려고 리셉션에 현지화 잔돈 바꾸러 가니 호텔밖에 있는 환전소 이용하라는 친절한 안내(?)를 받음.

아주 편리한 교통으로 시내든 근교로든 여행하기 좋은 위치임. 건물은 고풍스러우나 내부는 리모델링하여 깨끗하였고, 직원들은 친절했습니다.

도착해서 가이드 맵을 가지고 상세하게 설명을 하는데 관광명소를 처음부터 끝까지 도보로만 다녔습니다 안내자가 최고입니다 꼭 사야만 되는 물건이 있었는데 마켓이 어디어디 있다고 상세히 안내하여 물건 구입하여 감동이었습니다 꼭 가봐야 하는곳이 M3 Ferenciek tere 역과 Kalvin ter 역 사이를 모두 관광하시면 좋은 추억이 될것입니다 호텔에서 오른쪽으로 (맥도랄드 방향) 돌아서 5분만 가시면 Kalvin ter 역이 나옵니다

위치는 좋아요. 다만 길가에 있어서 소음의 우려가 예약자들에게 있는데, 첫날 체크인 할때 의사를 확인하지 않고 1층 대로변에 방을 배정해서 난감. 교체 교구하니 당일은 안되고 다음 날 조용한 방으로 바꿔줌. 이틀째 방이 청소가 안되어 있어서 프런트에 항의하니 코로나 사유를 대면서 이틀에 한번 클리닝 한다는답변..수건이라도 교체해야지. ㅜ 전체적으로 낡은 시설이지만 위치의 장점을 살려 여행객 위주의 성의있는 시스템 운영이 필요하다고 생각됨.. 다음 출장 때 또 갈지는 고민을 좀 해보고..

Fantastic hotel just book it and be happy! Great location, great staff, great breakfast!

We stayed here with our 10-year-old grandson for a city break. They upgraded us to a suite, which was very spacious and made life a lot easier for us. Thank you. The service was excellent from the reception through to the bar staff and the waiters. All were pleasant and friendly. I guess some would say the hotel is 'dated' but I prefer to think of it as classical, a step back in time. I would certainly stay here again.

Nice place and lots of places to get to by walking.

We arrived at approximately 12 pm from the cruise ship Scenic. The room was ready but we were required to pay an early check in if we wanted to use the room or wait in the lobby until 3 pm. The room was ready why not advise you can go up now if you wish. The bathroom had hair particles on the floor in the corner. I woke up tp find a spider in my shoe which I disposed of and left on a note pad on the bedside table. We intended to dine in for the two nights stay but there was no menu in the room to look at, so I had to take a photo of the downstairs menu so we could decide what was available. No coffee satchels in the room only tea. The dark curtain did not close to block out the afternoon sunlight. It was only for decoration to cover the corner of the room. Why is there for ? it does not move. Most disappointing John

Gute Lage unmittelbar zur Donau und dem Stadtzentrum.

This is the singular most unfriendly hotel staff we have encountered in decades of travel. The check in counter especially. I never write a review unless it’s warranted. Almost to the point they were downright mean and noticed it with other hotel clientele. Terrible. Last thing you want to encounter after long flights and hours of travel. Not one friendly face.
