깨끗하고 모든 것이 잘 작동합니다

호텔이 훌륭했고, 직원 모두 친절했습니다. 다음에 또 방문할 때도 여기 머물고 싶습니다.

Dekat dengan milano centrale atau stasiun terbesar di milan, disekitarnya banyak makanan rekomendasi, hanya 12 menit dari pusat kota leeat metro atau taxi.

Room was dark. I have to put my make up in the bathroom. They do not have refrigerator, water of bottle, slippers, coffee/tea maker, we can't get hot water in the morning. We got low floor instead of high floor. We are very concerned about hotel security as everyone can enter the elevator without tap a room card. The only plus is location near Centrale Station, very easy to travel.

I have booked for smart hotel but when I want to check in, smart hotel was close for renovation, then group of smart hotel called glam hotel ask me to move at glam hotel. Which is next to smart hotel. Glam hotel really close to the Milano Centrale Station. Room clean, hygiene, comfort, cozy, staff of glam hotel friendly, helpful, and kindly. Breakfast menu is good, fresh, many variant.

You get what you pay. All just okay

The hotel has a very good location, near the train station and metro station, easy checking in and checking out. Very pleasant stay.

Lokasi hotel sangat baik, dekat stasiun central dan banyak makanan di sekitar hotel. Kamarnya termasuk besar dan bersih. Dapat breakfast tapi makanannya Standar Eropa jadi biasa banget breakfastnya.

Hotelnya sangat dekat dengan central station. Late check in dilayani dengan baik. Sarapannya oke. Walaupun kamarnya sangat sempit.

They have amazing view straight to the Milan Central station, the room so tidy & clean, Very comfortable if you are travelling with kid or as a couple :) Although the breakfast need more improvement with the seating availbility.

Perfect Location. 3-5 min walk from Milano Centrale Station. Sparkling clean room, beddings and amenities. Very friendly and accommodating hotel receptionist plus the free buffet breakfast. Value for money. Super recommended!

ทำเลดีค่ะ ใกล้สถานีรถไฟ มีมินิมาร์ทใกล้ๆ เดินไปได้ ห้องใหญ่ ห้องน้ำโอเคค่ะ ข้อเสียคือ ไฟสลัวไปหน่อย โดยรวมดีค่ะ

Great location, clean room and spacious, helpful receptions, have standard good breakfast.

Dekat dengan Stasiun Milano Central, cukup jalan kaki 5 menit udah sampai. Kamar lumayan bagus untuk dua orang. Sangat rekomendasi, selain harga bersahabat.

We were moved to the sister hotel just next to it - Glam hotel. But our room and breakfast is just awesome. A modern chic triple room very near to milano centrale (700m)

Menurut saya Hotel ini lumayan bagus dan nyaman, sangat minimalis dan modern, dekat dengan Stasiun Kereta Central Milano, mudah dijangkau, dekat dengan Mc Donald dan Makanan Italy lainnya, Breakfast lumayan memuaskan. Hanya saja kamar mandinya agak harus lebih diperhatikan karena tidak ada barrier/batasan dengan ruangan tempat tidur, air bisa merembes keluar kalau tidak dihalangi oleh bath map. Untuk pelayanan/service lumayan cukup bagus, receptionis bisa berbahasa inggris dengan lancar, saya dibantu untuk menggunakan Metro di Italy untuk mencapai Stadion San Siro Milan dengan mudah, Nilai kepuasan saya untuk hotel ini di rate di angka 7.
