The room was very noisy because it faces the street and it’s not soundproof. The aircon was also very noisy.

my fiance arrived first at the hotel, but the front desk didn't allow him to check in after showing off our conversations that I am giving my authorization of letting him check in to take a rest from Incheon to Manila airport and took a long drive traffic to arrive. but then they refuse him to check in. unfortunately I am disappointed!

I had a pleasant stay at Las Palmas. The receptionists, the hotel facilities are good enough as advertised. The only downside, we asked to be put in non smoking room, but once we entered the room, it smelt like someone just smoked there.

Breakfast was terrible. Coffee tasted bad.....and only powdered creamer available. The sausage was very sweet.....potatoes were greasy.

The bed is itchy, maybe bed bugs because after we slept, there are a lot of bite marks all over our body. Other rooms are being renovated, so a bit noisy.

This is our 2nd time with them staying with the family. The room is good - bed and size of the room are suitable for a family of three. The only problem is the front desk staff. They are not too friendly unlike the others greeting by the entrance door.

Our stay in the hotel was so great! Love it! Surely we'll be back again!

Average hotel. You get what you paid for.
