이 호텔은 밀라노 중앙역 출구에서 200m 거리에 있습니다. 가는 길에 간단한 식료품점이 있어 인도네시아 음식이 그리운 분들을 위해 인스턴트 라면이나 밥을 구입할 수 있습니다. 하지만 근처에 제대로 된 편의점은 없습니다. 호텔은 꽤 오래되었지만 매우 깨끗하며, 작은 엘리베이터가 있지만 짐이 많을 경우 불편할 수 있습니다. 문제는 객실 에어컨이 작동하지 않아 바깥 기온이 20도인데도 사우나처럼 덥다는 점입니다. 직원들은 괜찮지만 최고는 아닙니다. 조식도 평범합니다. 가격이 괜찮다면 좋은 선택이 될 수 있을 것 같습니다.

기억에 남는 장소. 다시 가고 싶어요.

전략적 위치. 밀라노 중앙역에서 도보로 약 500m, 공항 버스 정류장까지 200m. 친절한 직원과 깨끗한 호텔. 조금 작지만 괜찮습니다.

Loved my stay. Very friendly and helpful staff. Location was great, 5 min walk from Milano Centrale. Also nearby walk to a lot of restaurants and metro. Room was cosy for solo traveler like me and there were complimentary coffee. Will stay there again.

Not a good experience. Check-in was done with 2 front office representatives, one having difficulty to find our records then got help from his colleague. But kept doing wrong in additional charges calculation also both were not very nice. We came from four previous hotels from Paris, London, Edinburgh, Munich and now this one in Milan and this one being the worst hotel we have stayed in. The second day stay, we asked for the complimentary water and we were told would be charged for that too, and the housekeeper bringing the water even really rude, looks like we wouldn't afford to buy that bottled water. Breakfast was average and the staffs there asked us twice every time we had breakfast there on which room we came from, they seem not to care for the guest that's why they asked again although having asked that question earlier. Room 's door lock also already broken, hotel was being renovated. Totally not a good experience. Why two instead of one star? When we checked out, there was different guy at the front office and he was really nice, easy check out and luggage storage handling. He was perfect.

Best place to stay in Milan. Very close to Milan Centrale and shuttle bus to Seravalle Designer Outlet.

(+) Pelayanannya bagus banget! Kita nyampe di hotel lebih awal dari waktu check-in seharusnya, yaitu jam 10.45. Rencananya kita mau drop bagasi dulu, dan jalan-jalan di sekitar hotel sebelum check-in jam 14.00. Tapi pas sampe langsung dicariin kamar dan check-in sama petugasnya :") alhasil jam 11 udah masuk kamar💕. Selain itu, ketika kita mau beli air mineral di restonya, malah dikasih gitu aja (catatan: mineral water ya, selain itu tetep bayar). Dan yang terpenting, kamarnya bersih banget, serta sangat dekat dengan stasiun Milano Centrale. Recommended! (-) Kamarnya lebih kecil dari ekspektasi, dan agak beda dari gambar. Overall bagus 🥰

Kamar bersih banget depan hotel ada gereja dan ini lokasi sangat dekat dengan central station hanya jalan kaki 5 menit. Makanan seperti biasa jarang ada nasi kalo di Europe.

This hotel located near by Milano Centrale, and it 's easy to find! Locate in strategic area, you can go around Milan by train, metro, bus, tram, also taxi. The room so clean, tidy, enough space, complete room facility. The staffs was so nice, they helpful, kind, and informative. The breakfast, due to covid pandemic, was good enough, but the thing is, there wasn't any staff that standby in the dinning room, so you have to lil bit patient for ordering something.

Kamarnya di foto terlihat luas, setelah masuk agak kecil, anyway kamarnya bagus, bersih, kamar mandi juga oke, air panasnya berfungsi dengan baik. Pegawai hotel juga ramah dan sangat membantu. Sarapan juga bagus. Lokasi dekat dengan stasiun kereta.
