The room was really clean and good to realx . The most important thing was person in the front desk was so nice. They did their best to solve our delivery problem.If I go Seattle again, I will stay this hotel one more

Still need the front desk to get the parking garage pass, and the parking is tricky. If you dont mind parking on the street, save your $30/night fee. The room was very clean, we had a balcony that smelled like pee. Highly suggest if you get a suite, get the highest floor possible. Breakfast was good and continually stocked. Front desk staff was friendly and helpful. The beds in our suite must have been new due to how firm they were. Too hard for me, but my bf slept well. Overall, decent enough to stay again, but with a few considerations.

The parking was stressful, considering it was always full. And it doesn't mention that we have to pay the thirty dollars a day.To park there

Best gym at a hotel I’ve seen lately

We enjoyed a great stay at this location. The Seattle Center was an easy stroll; a cozy coffee shop one block away. It was convenient and comfortable.

Overall ok here and an ok breakfast. No meat today though and I waited. Just eggs and potatoes. No bananas and just 1 yogurt choice! Staff ok overall but they do not remember things like my super kindness when I first arrived and I was like a ghost rest of the time. The idiot people above me were so stupid loud and had to Frankenstein stomp so late and two more times overnight at 330 am etc. Gave me a permanent headache for whole day! I asked originally to not have any loud idiots above me but this is the chance you take and hotel was so packed. I have always been the unselfish and considerate guest at all hotels!

Excellent hotel for the value. Climate Pledge Arena and space needle were all within walking distance!

Front desk host was very nice.

It was a great location to walk to the Seattle Center, It's also where you can catch the monorail to downtown. Very convenient location... restaurants close by and grocery store as well.

I booked this hotel because it was close to the Climate Pledge Arena. For that, it was great. The staff were very friendly. The hotel could use a refresh though. It’s showing some wear and tear in the room we were in.

We had a great stay here overnight. Rooma were nice and clean. Breakfast was really good. Nice and close to the arena. Great stay for a great price.

Coffee was an issue for us. No dark roast on weekends only on weekdays. One day during the week it wasn’t available.

It was clean and quiet.

Booked it way in advance. Check in was easy and the deposit wasn't too bad. Small parking garages. Awesome room and good breakfast.

We arrived at noon and since two of our Three rooms were ready, the desk person let us check in early with no extra charge. The hotel is perfectly located…a quick walk to the Space Needle and the Opera House..our two destinations for the day! They only charged $8 for self parking. Staff was nice and the rooms were great, especially the one that was a suite!
