가격대비 가성비가 턱없이 낮네요.. 분위기에 비해 식사도 허접하고.. 오후 12시경에 옆방 TV소리가 너무 크게 들려서 잠이 깨고.. 입실하자 마자 티비가 안되고 전구가 나가서 교체하고.. 욕실에는 위에서 물이 나오지 않아서 샤워기를 들고 머리를 감아야 하고.. 호텔 주변의 쇼핑과 먹거리를 빼고는 호텔 자체만 볼때 40여만원의 가격 대비 가성비가 턱없이 낮네요.. 아시아 매니저 말이 고풍스러운 탓에 영화 촬영을 많이 했다고는 하나 숙소로 머물기에는 적절치 않네요.. 게다가 제경우 투숙 다음날 배낭을 놓고 나갔는데.. 제가 깜빡하고 악세서리를 백팩 안쪽 깊숙이 넣어 두었는데.. 그전날 밀라노에서 구입한 200유로나 하는 18k 목걸이 팬던트를 도난당했네요.. 집에와서 곰곰히 생각해보니 물건을 산 다음날인데다.. 배낭을 놓고나온 날은 그날밖에 없으니.. 그 깊은 곳에 있던 다른 악세서리들은 그대로인데.. 새로산 그것만 없어졌네요.. 도착한 지금 마지막 짐을 정리하면서 기분이 너무나도 꿀꿀해서 견딜 수가 없네요ㅠㅠ.. 남편이 기념으로 골라서 사준건데.. 여튼 호텔 자체가 문제가 많은듯 싶습니다... 절대로 추천해주고 싶지 않습니다.. 후회됩니다..

Terrible experience ever at the reception! The bed springs are all worn out and needs to be replaced immediately. In every aspect, this hotel is not recommendable except the location.

위치는 매우 좋았습니다. spagna 역과 도보로 5~10분 가량 걸렸으며 트레비분수와 판테온이 비교적 가까이 있어 도보로 이동이 용이했습니다. 또한 직원들이 친절하였습니다. 다만 호텔등급에 비해 침구류가 아쉬웠으며, 주전자와 같은 비품에 대해 bar 를 이용하라는 점이 많이 아쉬웠습니다.

This is definitely not a 5-star hotel. Only one of staffs out of 4 were very nice at check in desk. Most of them were unkind and indifferent. Bed, safe, and fridge of our first room were all broken so we had to change to another room. Only the lobby is very fancy, not the rooms. I know some 5-star hotels can have old facilities but with my experience with other 5-star hotels were not like this. Generally service was poor. Location is the best thing about this hotel.

Do not expect ordinary 5 stars hotel. Lobby is very fancy but not the rooms. We had to change the room once cause one of single bed's spring was broken, safe wasnt working, and fridge wasnt working either. In that room there was no slippers as well. We asked for the slippers, and it took 1 hour to get it and while we were waiting we made 3 phone calls. And caution!! In italy, they use very special adapter with three holes. We did not know, so we borrowed it from hotel but only 1 adapter was available. And people at the reception were not friendly. Only few of them were very nice tho. But people working asked us whether we are actually staying here when we entered hotel at night after sightseeing, felt like a bit judged by our appearance to be honest. For the bed, they use blanket instead of duvet. I was very surprised by it. Location, location, location is very nice. Near to the spanish steps, a lot of shops and good restaurant. Overall it was not definitely the 5 stars hotel i have ever experienced before.

사전 평가에서 그렇게 좋지않았지만, 위치가 좋아서 선택했는데 가서보니 직원들도 친절하고 특히 호텔 인테리어가 좋았음.

추운것 빼고는 모든것에 만족합니다

픽업 서비스는 너무 좋았는데 공항 라이드 할때 짐 사이즈 체크도 안하고 작은차가와서 택시타고갔네요. 마지막에 빈정상한것만 빼면 위치며 시설은 전반적으로 좋았습니다.

The hotel was not worth the money. It was billed as a 5-star hotel but was extremely dated. The hotel was musty and had strange smells throughout, money notably in our room. The TV didn’t work, the wifi did not work in our room (but did in other parts of the hotel so we were in a dead spot). Cell service was not available in the hotel either (old thick walls) so I was in the internet dark. The staff was friendly but interaction was very limited. Not worth it - needs a major facelift and modern upgrade.

Fabulous location walkable to most of the major sites. Charming hotel, old elegance with some true charm … friendly staff! Our room had a magnificent view looking at the top of the Spanish Steps - truly stunning! We highly recommend!

Our stay was okay. The hotel is really beautiful but service is lacking. The hotel terrace is gorgeous but after ordering a Negroni, there was no waiter in sight and waited 45 minutes for someone to come back up. In addition, we had to call down 4 times to ask for robes, and were told our bags would be sent up to our room but they weren’t and had to call multiple times, in addition to the fact that there was a screaming woman on our floor who was drunk and yelling for 30 minutes and we had to call down 6 times before security came up to escort her. I understand that unruly guests happen, but we shouldn’t have had to call so many times or waited so long for security to come.

I have stayed in this beautiful historic hotel several times over the years. This was my first stay since here since 2016. I was upgraded to a very large suite. The suite was very large, quiet, private and clean. I slept great! The mini bar refrigerator was not cooling (I did not report it until departure) and it was impossible to use the shower without water going onto the bathroom floor. Those are my only complaints. The hotel, overall, was very quiet. I do not know the current occupancy, but the grand salon was generally empty.

Desde o check in até o último momento da estadia o Grand Plaza não se cansou de nos decepcionar. Já no primeiro atendimento da recepção, fomos cinicamente conduzidos a um quarto de categoria inferior ao que tínhamos acertado. Os atendentes, debochados e desleixados, demoraram horas para finalmente nos acomodar corretamente. Este péssimo padrão de atendimento, serviço e limpeza se manteve ao longo de toda estadia.

Run down old property. Room with bath tub, no shower???!!! Air conditioning poor operation. Wi-fi in and out all the time. Breakfast was fine.

Flott og ærverdig hotell, men rommet var litt spartansk og ikke særlig stort. Eldre bad. En del støy fra gaten om natten. Fikk ikke rene håndklær eller redd seng en av dagene.
