Sold my room and gave me a family suite that was pet friendly, I didn’t have a pet but the guest before did because there was pet food and hair everywhere. Coffee cups were filthy. 0 stars

When we went to check in our room was not ready as they were short staffed for cleaning so we cancelled.

No Cowboy Channel (#603). Towels are like sandpaper. Hotel does not have clean air.

Booked a room for work and the day before arriving they called and told me they gave my room away and only had a family suite. This is 3 smaller beds and a pet room. Upon arrival we couldn’t check in for 2 hours after there allowed arrival time. My room had dog food on the floor and in a cup. The cups for coffee were already stained with coffee someone spilled.

The room was fine But check-in was supposed to be at 4 o’clock and I did not get a room until 530. The person at the desk seemed quite harried. A gentleman who I suspect was a manager was quite kind and offered to buy me a beer while I waited (I declined). They are apparently quite busy. I believe the rules in Nevada regarding smoking are more liberal, but having to wait in a smoky casino for a room that was not available was not particularly pleasant.

Food was amazing in the restaurant and reasonable price. The room was surprisingly updated and clean. Great stay and will stay again on my next trip!!!

We arrived around 2:45 p.m. and our room was not ready. Check-in at 4:00 p.m. and they stick to that time. We had a pet with us so we went to wait at a local park.
