오래된 호텔이지만 깨끗하고 아침식사도 알차고 좋았지만 가격대비 룸이 너무 좁았어요

시내 중심에 위치되어 있어 걸어 다니기 편하고 고급진 느낌의 클래식한 호텔이였다. 다만 체크아웃때 호텔 요금을 내라고 해서 (미리 호텔스 닷컴에서 지불을 했었는데...) 미리 냈다고 했더니 그때가서 체크를 다시 하고 맞다고 못들은거로 하라고 하네요 고급 호텔에서 그정도 체크도 안하고 지불 요청을 다시 하는게 이해가 안 가네요

위치는 Town hall에서 가까운 위치에 있습니다. 건물과 객실은 굉장히 깨끗한 편이지만 객실이 약간 작은 느낌이 있습니다. 5점 만점에 4.9점!

Located in the city centre nearby the central station. Good internet and clean room with brand new equipment. Satisfied with many things except the size of the room and bathroom. Need to be a bit bigger for twin room.

Excellent service, great buffet breakfast, and maintenance of the property. We visited Augsburg to attend an FC Augsburg football match and go to Oktoberfest. We arrived early about 1100 by train and asked if our rooms were ready and the was only the second time out of around close to a dozen visits that our room was not ready but they offered to hold our bags and give us a call when our room would be ready so we could walk about Augsburg without our bags. We received our phonecall in about two hours at 1300. Our bellhop brought our bags out of holding and to our rooms for us. The cooling system was converted for winter a few days earlier but the staff did not expect a spike in the temperature (around 30 C) which made our rooms difficult to keep cool even when the thermostat was set at 16.5 C but the room felt around 26 or 27 C. Thankfully the staff provided us with a tower fan so we turned off the AC and opened the windows at night when it got cooler and the temperature dropped back down to autumn weather. My wife asked for an iron and ironing board for her dirndl and my shirt for Oktoberfest. The staff brought both to our door within 10 minutes of her request. After use, we placed both items in the hall. Best breakfast buffet in Augsburg. Everything was fresh and delicious from the sliced fresh fruits, breads, made to order eggs, etc. We requested ice for our water bottles and the waitstaff brought an ice bucket. Barring the AC issue still a great stay.

Staff of the hotel were not helpful. Their garage is under construction and we had to park in a different one down some very shady alley which felt very unsafe. The hotel is near a train station so the area around it is unpleasant - lots of litter, questionable characters walking around, etc. Maybe if it was in a better part of town it would have been ok but I wouldn't stay there again. Also, the air conditioning in the room was pre set and you couldn't get it to go lower so the room was stuffy. Otherwise, it was actually a clean and very nice room but the location of the hotel really took away from our experience.

アウグスブルグ最高のホテルの名に恥じない素晴らしさ。内装もゴージャスで、立地も最高。朝食に白ソーセージがでてハッピーだった。これ以上のホテルはない。

The staff here was excellent, as was the restaurant, both for dinner and breakfast. The hotel is centrally located so everything we wanted to see was in walking distance.

We booked 2 nights (July 4th and July 5th) at Maximilian’s 5 star hotel in Augsburg, Germany through Expedia. When we arrived at the hotel on July 4th at 4PM we were offered the room 404 at the top floor. Upon entering the room we discovered that AC wasn’t working and the temperature in the room was close to 90F. We immediately notified the front desk and was assured that the issue will be resolved shortly, but when technician looked at AC unit we were told that nothing can be done, and hotel can’t offer room because Maximillian’s was overbooked. I was asking, crying, told them I have heart's conditions. Nobody cares... We immediately notified the front desk that we are cancelling the 2nd night because it was impossible to stay. The "best part" - when we checked out on July 5th, hotel charged us for 2 nights
