Chromecast didnt work. Bathroom small and dated but water pressure was excellent. Enjoyed my stay.

Great location, comfortable bed, and spacious room. My only suggestion is to add some updates to the room such as usb outlets. Otherwise we had a great stay.

The hotel was very busy but the staff was kind and efficient with had a very relaxing stay

Nice property. Showed its age a little, but nice overall.

Dirty property, no bottom sheet on our bed. The Staff seamed annoyed and I ordered a salad that came with visible dirt all over. Definitely not worth staying here.

Centrally situated, beautiful clean rooms with fantastic view!!!

There was a long line at check in, many people who seemed to have been wating for rooms for hours, git checked in was told they did have the room i reserved so they had to give me a smaller room. Got up to the room, it wasnt even cleaned. Had to wait in the 15min line at the desk again, was given another room, and it was currently being cleaned, so we waited in the hall, after trying to have a conversation with the cleaning lady, that didnt know english, about our room. Eveyone was nice, they just definitely need a more staff and ones that are bilingual. Hitel was kinda of messy, like its suppsoed to be nice and like technically was but also wasn't.

We stayed for one night with our family. A check in staff for Pleasant, upon entering the elevator, we noticed it was not clean, the floors were dirty. Got up to our ninth floor room and the halls are looking old. Our room smelled like smoke. There’s only one outlet on each side of the bed which nowadays for electronics is not enough. No USB ports anywhere. There wasn’t a dish pan for the soap by the sink. The bathtub had peeling paint on it. Really needs a renovation.

Check in was at 3 pm. Room wasn’t ready until 4:15pm. No microwave in room. It was an ok stay but not the best

Overall the stay was fine. The customer service was was good. The staff was polite and accommodating. The facility needs some updates. I noticed our bathroom was outdated more than anything and the pool area needs some updating. The hot tub is fully out of commission but the heated pool was nice. Breakfast is an additional fee so we did not try the restaurant. It’s in a nice area overall so safety did not feel an issue.

The mattress was very old and uncomfortable. The pull out coach very old with no bedding. It took us 45 minutes to get a blanket and even then they brought no sheets or pillow. There was no good coffee in the morning and no shops nearby. The freeway was very loud all night. Bad experience overall. Front desk guy was nice

The road noise was insane. And you can hear it from practically everywhere in the hotel.

Good customer services

After asking for a microwave before my arrival and mentioning it twice when checking in, I never received it during my stay. So of course, whatever food was brought back to my room to eat later, I had to toss it since I couldn't reheat it in the privacy of my own room.

My (room 723) toilet ran and the shower drain was backed up!

No real complaints, this is a clean friendly hotel. Quite a busy place, but no noise on our floor. Still waiting for my $50 to come back on my card that was a temporary charge.

The lobby of this hotel is nice. However their rooms need a MAJOR Upgrade. The room was very outdated and dusty. There were stains everywhere and the furniture in the suite was broken. We had to get our rooms switched due to the connecting room door being broken. I thought we would get a better room, NOT!!! We got the same outdated room. The jacuzzi was rusted and broken. This was so disappointing for this to be a Hyatt Regency.
