The staff was very helpful ,very friendly and accommodating.the hotel itself was well maintained and clean.i just Had a complaint about ac not working but the staff to care of the problem immediately the first night. Now the only thing i wasnt happy about was that the hottub was out of service and the pool itself need an upgrade.It make the pool alittle greenish yellowish..Other then that my stayed at this hotel was great..Would stay again for sure.

A very hotel hotel for the area

Bar was cool, property needs a major renovation. For a marriott I feel like i got robbed paying $250 a night for that dump.

We’re here for Sacred Heart University’s Admitted Students Day and chose this hotel because we typically book with Marriott and have always had good experiences until now. This property is not up to Marriott standards. The room was extremely outdated, the elevator doors opened to a hallway that looked like a time warp to the 1980s. The bathroom had no fan, the sink wouldn’t stop dripping, and the beds were completely worn out and lumpy. Hallways reeked of marijuana, and noise was a constant issue. Kids were running and screaming in the halls with no staff intervention, and to top it off, loud hotel music was blasting outside throughout the night. I had to call the front desk at 9:45 PM because I genuinely thought a live band was playing. The staff member admitted someone else had already complained, but she had no idea how to turn it off or who to ask. The only remotely nice part of this hotel is the lobby and restaurant area, which is totally deceptive. Once you get to your room, it’s a completely different story. For $251 per night, this place is absolute robbery. We travel often and this has been one of our worst hotel experiences to date. Would not recommend, especially if you’re here for a college visit…this is not the relaxing, quality stay you’re expecting.

good location, staff was great, but the amenities are run down

Much like anything the pictures of this hotel were better online than in person. There wasn't anything wrong with the property but it just seemed dated and forgotten. Upon arriving our room keys would not work. The staff was helpful and tried twice to give us new keys before finally sending someone to our room to fix the door. I would stay there again but I would also look for other options first

The front desk service was extremely polite and accommodating to my needs.

I decided to stay for the weekend with my 5 year old just to get away from the norm. I did not expect my stay to be as amazing as it was. Staff was so amazing and I especially want to thank the front desk manager a wonderful latina that helped with my identification needs. I even extended my stay because I felt so relaxed. There was just one staff member that gave me a little anxiety and that was the Asian lady during breakfast time. She was a bit much!

Staff at front desk could be more friendly and smile. They could also be more knowledgeable and off the cell phone. With the exception of a lady named Donna at the front desk was very kind, courteous and helpful.

Some of the property is a bit run down, carpets, elevators...but overall it's a great hotel.

Window shades would not open or close. The blankets on the bed very thin. I called reception for an extra blanket and they never brought it. It was fine but would not stay again

Very comfortable bed. Too bad the hot tub wasn’t working. Hotel needs an up grade.

The hotel lobby, hallways and common areas all smelled of marijuana! Disgusting. I will never stay here again!

Very convenient had an amazing time, but I don’t like how they hold a fee on your card at check-in after paying
