20유료 식음료 크레딧이 있는데도 체크인시 직원이 알려주지 않았다. 식음료 크레딧은 조식에는 사용이 안되니 1박 예정이라면 도착한 날 저녁에 반드시 사용할것.

몰락한 귀족 가문을 연상시킨다. 전체적으로 한물 간 낡은 호텔인데 서비스 등 모든 것이 귀족 스타일을 추구한다. 그런뎨 그게 싫지 않다. 방은 청결하고 넓다. 주차장도 좋다. 특히 위치가 매우 좋다.

The room was more spacious then we expected. Washroom a great size, not a fan of the glass wall in the shower. A curtain or longer barrier would be preferred as the shower just sprayed in to main area of the washroom, so unessarily wasting a large bath towel on the floor that just got soaked. The restaurant was a great option for dinner, prompt and helpful suggestions. Catered well for gluten and dairy options at dinner. Overall a good option.

Poor service, long wait to check in and check out. Bar service so poor we gave up. Hotel is more focused on the various conferences than guests.

It’s a nice old-school hotel which is centrally located between the train station and the old town so ticked all boxes for us. Room was well appointed and dark when it mattered, bed was comfortable and A/C worked well. Only negative is that the mini bar was filled with items that auto charge to your account once you move them, so you can’t fit much of your own personal items in the fridge.

Das Personal ist nicht besonders freundlich (Ausnahme das Reinigungspersonal). Beim Checkin wurden wir abgefertigt. Es ist auch fraglich, ob wir die gebuchte Zimmerkategorie hatten. Das Zimmer ist abgewohnt. Fugen im Bad schwarz, Teppichboden verschlissen... Die Betten waren gut. Wenn das das Deluxe Zimmer war dann möchte ich die Standardzimmer lieber nicht sehen... Wir hatten zwei Zimmer gebucht und von Expedia 20 Euro Guthaben für Getränke und Essen pro Zimmer erhalten. Darauf wurden wir nicht hingewiesen und auch beim Check out musste ich das mit dem Guthaben erwähnen damit es von den Ausgaben abgezogen wurde. Insgesamt überhaupt kein schönes Erlebnis in diesem Hotel zu nächtigen. Lage ist natürlich sehr gut, Preis fürs parken angemessen.

Location and clean room.

Room was huge we got a suite; the bathroom was very spacious. We had two balconies and the living room area was extensive. Furniture in that room needs updating but we weren’t there much but appreciate the space. Walking distance to Center. Breakfasts could have had more alternatives but was enough for those who eat pastries and cheese in the morning. The coffee was tough to drink. Overall loved it

Excellent hotel, quiet area, large rooms, clean, helpful staff, walking distance to town center and to train stations. This hotel is the full package. Will use it again when traveling to bologna.

Very impressive property that is centrally located

İyi tarafları:Konum olarak iyi,tren garına yürüyerek 10 dakikada gidebiliyorsunuz.Kahvaltısı yeterliydi.Sakin bir yer,oda ses yalıtımı iyi.Kötü tarafları:Oda biraz tozluydu,terlik yoktu (isteyince getirdiler),tuvalet sifonu çok yavaş doluyordu.

The location was excellent, the room was large and well laid out and the public area was elegant.

Not much to not like…very friendly and professional staff, the hotel is spotless and quite elegant and the hotel restaurant offers great food and service. The hotel is easily within walking distance to the train station and central square.

Although we got the suite, it is REALLY old, the bathroom is comprised of a bathtub and a separate shower. The shower is as dark as it can get. It was a weird configuration. Must have been a great hotel back in the nineties. The rooms are really old. BUT A/C worked perfectly. Breakfast was simply AMAZING. Loved it all the way. No modern hotel, needs a real revamp.
