몰락한 귀족 가문을 연상시킨다. 전체적으로 한물 간 낡은 호텔인데 서비스 등 모든 것이 귀족 스타일을 추구한다. 그런뎨 그게 싫지 않다. 방은 청결하고 넓다. 주차장도 좋다. 특히 위치가 매우 좋다.

Hotel maravilhoso! Vale a pena. Bem próximo de tudo e extremamente confortável. Foi uma escolha muito assertiva. Café da manhã delicioso e quartos confortáveis.

Great property located near train station in the historic district. It felt quite safe. The room was spacious and clean, with functioning air conditioning which we appreciated. The breakfast buffet was extensive. We were supposed to be given a $20 credit upon check in but that did not happen, which was a shame. That was the only disappointment.

We had 2 rooms. One was a very nice suite. The other was quite bad. The rug was in a really bad shape.

Fantastic hotel, very clean and excellent location. However the room was very warm. Air con is not an option until the end of May, it made things very uncomfortable

Room was good size and the hotel was quiet. It’s a very large, business style hotel so not friendly & welcoming like the smaller hotels. Easy walk from the train and to local sites. Overall good stay.

Nice hotel, lovely breakfast, however it was 26Deg upon arrival and the bedroom was boiling. Went to turn in the AC to discover it was activated, contacted reception who advised they don’t turn it on until May!!! Lost a nights sleep due to it being a complete sweat box. Overall a very nice hotel apart from this.

Very spacious and near station

Meget elegante omgivelser, personale i uniformer med guldsnore og det hele, klassisk luksushotel. Dog kunne hotellet godt bruge en handyman til lige at fixe løse lister, løse spotlights m.v. på værelset. Kæmpestor og meget varieret morgenmadsbuffet. Og badekar :-) Stor og hyggelig lobby - og en hotelbar med priser, der var til at betale. Tilbehøret til en drink udgjorde et lille måltid i sig selv!

Very nice hotel with large bedroom. Check-in staff were friendly. Just slight unease was the breakfast host who seemed slightly disappointed to see us because we were brown (facial impression was showing what are you doing in this hotel left with a bad taste).

Hôtel de standing , buffet petit déjeuner excellent . Bon rapport qualité prix. emplacement plutôt pratique . On regrettera l’absence de sourire d’une serveuse au bar . Mais globalement c’est excellent .

Enjoyed our start at the Royal Hotel Carlton. The proximity to the Central train station was convenient for our arrival from Florence as well as our departure to the airport the next day. It’s also a 15 min walk from the Piazza Maggiore which made it easy to explore Bologna for the day we were there.

everything was perfect. breafast amazing. had a problem with room due to no air this time of season staff upgraded us. everything was great. would say again.

Good hotel big room walkable distance from all restaurants

Very mixed experience. Fine hotel, but some major letdowns. Deluxe room om 5th floor was nice, but very hot despite cool weather since A/C is on Heat only and can't be changed. Door to balcony opens for cool air, but seems trash is collected all night long, so very noisy option. Maids forgot to supply new cups and restock room several days in a row and, on the last day, even took away bath towels from towel rack but didn't leave new ones - unfortunately we only realized the following morning. Overall a bit disappointing.
