잘 관리되고 유지되고 있었으나 오래된 호텔이라서 쾌적함을 느끼지는 못했습니다. 하지만 고객을 맞는 세련됨이나 시스템 등은 어느 호텔 못지 않게 훌륭했습니다.

전반적으로 관리가 잘되어있고 내부 인테리어도 만족스럽습니다. 조식도 만족스러우며 서비스도 휼륭합니다. 주요 관광지와 거리가 있어 불편한점이 있으나 기차역과의 거리는 가깝습니다.

일부러 조금 넓은 방을 선택하였는데 대만족하였습니다. 오래되었지만 전체적으로 고급스러운 실내 디자인과 편안한 침실, 대리석으로 된 욕실 등 호텔 시설은 훌룡합니다.

역사가 있는 대부분의 유럽 호텔들이 그렇듯 몬테벨로 스플렌디드 호텔도 아담하고 작은 규모의 호텔이었지만 깨끗하고 아름다운 호텔이었다. 직원들도 친절하고 위치도 기차역과 주요 관광지를 걸어서 다닐정도로 좋은 위치였다. 그러나 비슷한 조건의 유럽의 다른 호텔 혹은 이태리의 밀라노, 로마의 호텔들과 비교해도 좀 많이 비싼편이라서 다음에는 다른 호텔을 선택할거 같다.

위치는... 두오모까지 걸어서..약 40분 정도..걸린듯합니다.... 미켈란젤로 광장에서 돌아올때...50분 정도 걸어서... 뭐....슬슬 걸어다닐만 합니다...위치는 나쁘지 않다고 봅니다. 호텔 정문에 있는 작은 정원과 분수대를 봤을때는 정말!!!......신났는데... ㅜㅜ 객실..패브릭 벽에 뽀~오얀 먼지.......좀 연식이 되어보이는 카페트(?) 바닥에 쿰쿰한 냄새까지는...그럭저럭 봐줄만함. 욕실....변기와 샤워부스 사이가...10CM? 10도 틀어서 앉으셔야됩니다(참고로 제 키 171cm) 샤워부스에서 간신히 샤워만.. 머리 감기는 포기함.ㅜㅜ 기대가 컷던 만큼 실망도 컸던 호텔...마지막으로 주차비용 하루에 30유로랍니다.

Hidden jem in florence, perfect location for train travelor, close to every attrations in the city

피렌체SMN역에서 가까우면서도 조용한 곳에 위치해 있음. 침구도 아늑해서 편안하게 쉬기에 매우 적합한 호텔임. 직원들은 친절하며, 아침식사도 괜찮은 편임. 단, 객실에 커피메이커나 커피포트가 없는 것이 단점임.

First rate room first rate service great time. Enrico in particular really took care of us with info taxis etc. Highly recommend this property

We had a great stay at the palazzo Montebello. Great location, clean, staff were friendly. Special mention to Eda at breakfast. She was fantastic. We will visit again soon!

Friendly and accommodating staff. The room was spacious and very clean.

The hotel was very nice. The only thing I would recommend is the air conditioning to be little better.

This was a beautiful property on a quiet street. Very helpful staff and taxis that showed up immediately. Very good Indian food is walkable for when you are tired of pasta.

Lovely stylish hotel that sits just outside the hustle and bustle, but is still easily walkable to all the sights and attractions. Had a junior suite which was clean ,modern and spacious. Enjoyed a nice continental breakfast and liked relaxing with an evening drink in the pretty outside courtyard. All the staff were exceptional.

We loved this property and would definitely stay here again. The staff is very professional and friendly. The rooms are very comfortable and quiet. This is a hidden gem in Florence. The only thing is that it is an extra 10 min walk from the city center.
