Very nice lady at the front desk. A bit dated but excellent value for the price.

It’s always very easy to find parking and staff is friendly

Good service

The front desk staff was rude to me. The hotel charged for more than what was quoted by hotels.com. The room was noisy. It seems I was put in the room next to a room that housekeeping was using for storage, so there was banging from the door opening and closing all night long when i was trying to sleep

Safety and cleanliness of the room and the rooms are ery comfort. Great casino to play those machines and a lots of choices

The staff was really nice. Very clean. I also like that there was a lare night restaurant open as well

I thought it was wonderful being my first time to Vegas. The breakfast options were tasty, the amenities were great! The only thing I had an issue with was the water pressure but then again I was 10 floors up HAHA! Great stay and would enjoy staying again!

Great time

Okay hotel to stay at but the casino/ nightclub made me feel unsafe at night during the weekend. Lots of homeless around the property as well. Don’t expect more then a place to sleep and shower unless you like a rougher and more ghetto scene. Food options were decent without leaving the property

Great friendliness

The only issue is the extracost hotel.com doesn't add to the total cost. You should let people know up front what the total cost is. Parking fee ect should be up front

Everything great

An extremely mediocre hotel. The oldest casino must be here — everything smells like smoke and feels about 20 years older than I am. Only one person works at the front desk. The rooms are old, very old, with a touch of unpleasant smell. We just wanted a good night’s sleep after a long drive before hitting the road again, but at 8 a.m., we were woken up by a woman walking down the hallway shouting, “Hello? Are you sleeping?” She knocked on every door and then started unlocking them with her key. When she got to my room, I said “YES” at least 20 times so she would leave — but she just kept knocking, then opened the door anyway, yelled the same thing into the room, and walked off. I thought I booked a hotel room, not a boy scout camp where someone wakes you up at 8 in the morning! This is outrageous and unacceptable. Because of this, I couldn’t get back to sleep at all. After being rudely woken up, I had to continue driving for many hours — tired, irritated, and sleep-deprived. Absolutely unacceptable.

Room has no exhaust fans, poor plumbing, shower in ankle deep water. Room filled with pot smoke from other rooms Very dated!

Easy access, great parking area. Saw security patrolling while we were sitting in lot which was nice! Beautiful view from room. 24/7 food! This place is great 👍
