주니어스위트룸 2개를 3박으로 예약했는데 사진과는 전혀다른 개조되지않은 방을 배정받아 항의했지만 방은 다 다르다며 거절했습니다 먼지가 수북히 쌓인 방인데 그다음날 청소를해도 먼지는 매일 그대로였습니다 세면기와 욕조는 물이 빠지지않아 뚫어준다고했지만 전혀 개선되지않았습니다 샤워하다 몇번씩 물 밖으로나와 물빠짐을 기다려야하는 불편함으로 대단히 실망스러웠습니다

숙소의 위치와 컨디션은 매우 좋았습니다만... 침구류가 잘때 너무 가려워서 나와 친구는 잠을 제대로 잘 수 없었습니다.

유적지가 보이는 멋진 뷰, 전체적으로 깨끗하고 아늑한 시설, 맛있는 조식. 가족여행으로 와서 편안하고 기분 좋은 시간을 보냈음

Die Anlage ist grundsätzlich sehr sauber und gut. Leider ist alles ein wenig in die Jahre gekommen und eine sanfte Sanierung würde das Hotel entsprechend aufwerten. Der Saal wo das Frühstück und Essen stattfindet ist fürchterlich laut, man will sich nur die nötige Zeit aufhalten.

O quarto não tem espaço adequado para as malas do casal serem colocadas. Uma ficou dentro do armário e as outras no chão. Limpeza do banheiro não foi boa.

Fantastic hotel, great staff , great pool , great stay !!

There were multiple issues at this property. Lack of towels, the quality control is not good. We paid for a room with a balcony with table and chairs. We got the balcony but not the chairs. The sofa was stained and ripped. Close to a 2 star. A real disappointment for the price that we paid (500€ plus) per night.

The hotel is situated on the promenade in Palermo. The hotel provided the usual facilities in the rooms - our room had a view of the promenade - there are plenty of different Italian restaurants in the locality - you’re spoilt for choice. The staff at the hotel are helpful (particularly the Reception Staff). The swimming pool area is well maintained and staffed. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay.
