The hotel is in a nice location. Easy hiking path access. The breakfast was delicious. I gave 3 stars because our initial room was in the basement and had a wet mold smell. Be sure you are not booking a ground level room.

I can say that I’d stay here again. By far my best hotel experience in my life. I’ve stayed in top of the line 4 and 5 star hotels but what I loved the most here were the beds, towels and above all the restaurant. In the five days I was there every meal was delicious and the quality of the food preparation and cooking was excellent. The only thing better than what I’ve explained was the employees. We had a second floor room, which was comfortable and roomy, as it was an accessible style. Motel is in a good location and convenient to downtown.

The beds are so comfy. I enjoyed the accessibility to shopping, downtown, restaurants and the waterfront boardwalk. The staff are very accommodating and considerate. Would recommend to friends and family and stay again!

I paid $355+ to stay one night. Relatively inexpensive for Juneau I guess. But: 1. There was NO hot water….seriously. 2. I could get 3 channels on the TV 3. The facility is old and shows its age. The bed was comfortable at least. Even the cheapest motel has hot running water!

Staff not very friendly

Location is great. Beds are ver comfortable. Staff is very helpful. 24Hrs frontdesk. Coffe ,Tea and water are free in the lobby. Soda

A serviceable choice in Juneau. This property was clean, had a nice staff and a very good casual restaurant. But it is more of a budget quality feel.

Place was great. Shower pressure and shower head were great after a long day of travel.

This was a fine stay in Juneau.

The hotel was nice, loved our room, would have been nice to open the windows a little more, due to the heat. The windows all have screws so you can only open them about 2 inches. When we were checking out, I looked under the bed for anything we left and found 12 Hard Mikes and 1 IPA, unopened that must have been left there, either by the people before us, or whoever. That was weird, apparently, they must not clean/look under the beds.

The room was nice and spacious. The staff friendly and helpful. It was great to be within walking distance of town.

Clean, with friendly staff. Thin walls, though, meant lots of noise from adjoining rooms.
