마지막날이여서 마드리드에서의 숙박을 엄청 고민했는데, 아토차역부근에서 지낼지 고민하다, 콜론역 근처의 호텔선택했는데 찾아갈때 좀 많이 힘들었는데 ㅋㅋㅋ 지하철로 가면 하나도 어렵지않았던 곳.. 공항이랑도 30-40 공항지하철로 바로가고 좋습니다! 호텔건물에 platea 너무좋아요 꼭 가보세요강추!!

Bien ubicado

Hola siempre es muy grato hospedarse EN NH Colón. Es muy céntrico la habitaciones muy cómodas, el desayuno es muy bueno, y la atención de la gente siempre es extraordinaria.

I was very disappointed with this stay especially given that I paid nearly $400 per night and upgraded to a room with a view. The biggest issue was that the room did not match the room advertised. The listing showed a large window with an open city view, but my room had a much smaller window with the view largely blocked by an emergency staircase. I specifically paid extra for this room category and felt misled. The room was also missing advertised amenities. Bathrobes were listed but not provided. When I asked housekeeping, I was given a bath towel instead. Sleep quality was poor due to excessive noise. I could clearly hear loud music from the restaurant below as well as noise from the hallway. In addition, the air conditioning would not cool below 20°C and the fan controls did not work properly. During Madrid's heatwave, the room became too warm to sleep comfortably. The hotel also felt dated for the price, and cleanliness was below expectations. The pillows had an odor that made them seem used. Because we were only staying for two nights, I didn't want to spend valuable vacation time dealing with room changes and repeated trips to the front desk. Looking back, I wish I had requested a different room, but I expected the room category I booked to meet the standards advertised. The location is good only if you like to shop high end shops. My overall experience did not justify the premium price, and the room-with-view upgrade was particularly disappointing.

Convenience and Great location in Salamanca. Easy ride in from the airport, and right next to hotel where rest of the family was staying. Worked out perfectly! NH does not disappoint.

No parece un NH collection, es un hotel poco agradable en la recepción, las habitaciones pequeñas y con mucho olor a cloro

Quarto limpo, boa equipe de funcionários

Bueno es un hotel básico, cómodo bien ubicado, a una cuadra de la calle de Serrano. Solo nos tocó algo de reparaciones por la mañana nos levantó muy temprano el ruido. Pienso deben avisar al huésped que hay hombres trabajando ya uno decide si quedarse o no.
