Property is dated, showing wear. Bathroom area poorly designed, toilet area too small with door opening into leg space

Reasonable priced & updated rooms; however property cleanliness could use improvement. The pool was cloudy & side entrance had very foul odor

Staff very nice - Restaurant very unimpressive. One chef took 45 minutes for a chicken Caesar salad wrap.

It would be better to have more towels and washcloths in the bathrooms. We enjoyed our stay and would come again

Staff seemed frazzled and were a little rude at check in; Many people waiting for rooms to be cleaned after the 3 pm Check in time; we requested an extra towel and were told a washing machine was broken so they would bring it later, never received the towel- the room floor was “sticky” so we just used kept our shoes on. All in all I would stay here again.

Location

Pool door wouldn’t open for door key. No remote for tv when I arrived. Bathroom is tiny shower has poor pressure and temperature. Room was not very clean and bed skirt was dirty. Place appears run down.

Hotel and room were very clean. Staff was friendly and the bed/pillows were very comfortable.

Smelled horrible. Curtains broke, floor coming up. Bathroom was so tiny.

I don’t usually leave reviews, but this was the worst hotel I’ve ever stayed at. Nearly everything about it was misleading. If you can, stay elsewhere. Be warned: “free breakfast” does not mean free — expect surprise charges. This experience felt like a complete rip-off. Very disappointed.

Good hotel easy to find nice staff

Only complaint I have was that the pool was freezing. I felt bad for my son who cried cause he wanted to swim but he couldn’t take how cold it was. I called front desk regarding pool temperature on both days but it really wasn’t a concern or addressed.

Hotel seemed clean. We did have to change our room at 1 am because the ceiling in the bathroom started leaking.

Originally booked in a larger room but had to be changed because there were no window coverings. Partially comped breakfast.
