This property is not being well maintained: the toilet was not securely seated, water in the tub would not turn off. The ice machines were not all working. Breakfast was really poor...pre-fab eggs, white bread only (no other bread products), weak coffee, etc.

My trip was an amazing one with family and friends. Staying at Quality inn made it more amazing

The housekeeping came banging on my door at 930 the checkout was 1100am. This is ridicoulous they charged me 100 fee for nothing technically incidental but they do not have room seevice seems like a place for transients. There was somwone blocking the stairwwll with hot pink hair! Dont stay here !

The stay was great until the last day when I had to deal with the manager stating that my dogs were not serviced dogs and I had to pay for them. Still waiting for a refund and corporate office doesn't do anything about their employees. How you're treated. They don't care really either and it's not such a big deal that's refund. It's the point of how she was treated us talking down to us and then called me back thinking I was my daughter saying my daughter was walking back but I wasn't because I was fighting for my rights as a disabled person to be able to bring my service dogs at no charge. That's my right. So if you go here and you don't have to deal with the manager and you don't have a service, dog will probably be okay

This was a one night stay on a road trip. We were looking for a place that was clean, had good a good bed and nice shower. Hotel had great location, clean, comfortable bed, clean bathroom, good shower, and very nige staff. Check in was easy. We would stay here again. Hotel was located near Cowboy Jack's restaurant and bar. Nice place, good food and good prices.

We booked this hotel it seems nice i guess but the beds were more like a full size not too comfortable for two! Ac made so so much noise at night that we maybe only slept for like two hours! We liked the fact that this hotel had a pool and free breakfast!

The staff was great, from check in to check out to breakfast staff! Room looked and smelled clean. Beds were full size, so smaller than we are used to, but other wise everything was great.

Old and tired property. I had someone knock on my door very loudly at 140am.

It was clean and I enjoyed my stay. I wish the pool had been open but that was not the main reason I stayed. I did not go to the restaurant next door and can't comment on if it was good. Would stay again if I could do it again.

The rooms were clean. One minor item: The shower curtains did not completely work. We think it was the wrong size.

Our vehicle broke down on our way back home to Florida. I found Quality Inn online for a great price. The dealership thst we were working with assured us the area was safe. Check-in was easy and they glady took cash for our deposit! That was probably the hardest thing I've found looking for a hotel while we were stranded. The room was clean and comfortable. The hot water was amazing! The free breakfast was a life saver for us since we weren't expecting to stay an extra 3 days from home. Everyone we encountered were very friendly. We were able to extend our stay until our car was repaired. I would definitely stay here again.
