Nous avons passé un excellent séjour à l’hôtel Imperator. Un confort très appréciable, un établissement chaleureux, le personnel à l’écoute, un excellent petit déjeuner, une chambre très confortable et très propre, le spa appréciable est un plus. Nous y reviendrons.

Première fois dans cet hôtel, et quelle découverte ! Un accueil digne d’un 5 étoiles, avec une présentation soignée des lieux : le bar, les différents restaurants, le spa, la piscine… et enfin la chambre, accessible via un ascenseur d’époque absolument magnifique (à l’exception du mécanisme, un peu moderne). 🛏️ La literie est à la hauteur du standing : confort absolu. 🍸 Plus tard, nous avons dégusté deux cocktails merveilleux, accompagnés d’olives et de noix de cajou à la truffe — un vrai délice. 👨‍🍳 Le chef qui supervise les restaurants n’est autre que Pierre Gagnaire, bien connu des amateurs de Top Chef. Nous avons dîné à la brasserie L’Impé : un grand merci à Rose pour son accueil chaleureux et ses excellents conseils en matière de vin. Les plats étaient tout simplement sublimes — du goût, de la finesse, des sauces probablement mijotées pendant des jours. Un vrai régal. 🛎️ Dans la chambre, nous avons été accueillis avec deux petites madeleines. Le service d’étage est même repassé pour ajouter des descentes de lit et fermer les volets. Une attention délicate et très appréciée. 🍽️ Le lendemain matin, impossible de résister au petit déjeuner. Là encore, un vrai plaisir : tout est frais, le service est impeccable, et le choix ravira tous les goûts. Mention spéciale aux pancakes, absolument délicieu

OK, putting aside the rather small room (next time I book something bigger), this stay has been by far the best experience when it comes to service, I probably ever have experienced. From the moment we arrived until we left the staff was extraordinary, helpful, attentive and just best-in class. I know many, many other five star hotels which should better send their staff here for training. The rooms are lovely (except the size of our booked category), the bar too and the Duende Restaurant is from another galaxy (they deserve three stars and not the two stars they currently have). The staff at the restaurant is equally perfect as they are at the hotel. A pure bliss to stay here. Thank you very much and until next time!

I think one of the best hotels I’ve ever stayed in. Great location, Great Facilities & Great Staff. Visit, you won’t be disappointed.

The hotel is well located, a short walk to the Maison Carrée and the Roman Arena. The hotel is elegantly appointed. The bar and breakfast area are glassed in and surrounding a lovely large atrium for alfresco dining and sofas for drinks. Dinner at L’impe was excellent. The staff were great, very professional. I could go on if I had more time. In all, a wonderful stay

Great hotel located just 10-15 minute walk from some fantastic Roman ruins (including a stunningly well preserved arena/colosseum and temple). The room was spacious - well designed and clean as well as a nice mix of modern and vintage. The staff was very attentive and helpful.

OUTSTANDING Excellent hotel the staff are so welcoming Comfy beds Lovely restaurant breakfast amazing ( chocolate Madeline to die for) Especially Roderick the manager took time to check everything was good with us and very easy going Lovely place professional but not stuffy
