호텔시설이 노후되었긴 하지만 깨끗하고 불편함은 없음 무료주차가 좋았고, 조식이 맛있었음 근처에 auchan이 있어서 편리하고 좋았음 가격대비 효용 굿~~

The room was little cold. I couldn't control room temperature at all. The location is not bad if you have a car. Only 10 minutes of driving brings you to old city center. Except the room temperature, the hotel offers very competitive service as whole.

Die Bilder der Unterkunft stimmen weder von außen, noch von innen ansatzweise überein. Die Entfernungen zum Grote Markt oder auch zum Zoo Antwerpen stimmen ebenfalls nicht. Wir waren absolut schockiert. Reisen tun wir viel, aber so ein schäbiges Hotel hatten wir noch nie. Wir sind einen Tag früher abgereist, weil wir es nicht mehr ausgehalten haben. Grundsätzlich war es ein Wunder, dass wir nicht in der Nacht der Ankunft direkt wieder zurück gefahren sind. Warmes Wasser gab es nur bedingt und die Heizung hat auch nicht wirklich funktioniert.

The front pincture is a total fake as it is in an industrial area where passes a lot of truck. The hotel is confi though and quiet.

Room was not ready upon arrival. No heater to support overall AC problem

We picked it for the free parking and it was easy access to both the hi way and 10 minutes to downtown. It’s a comfortable clean place with a very friendly and helpful staff and good food. It’s safe but not walkable. A bit of an industrial area but quiet, glad I had a car though.

I ordered angus burger in the restaurant. Unfortunately my order came more than one hour later. Also waitress never smile and like angry. Anyway all this was ok but restaurant service quality was bad

Lovely relaxing place, friendly staff

Reception staff were fine, housekeeping was rubbish and for the whole two nights the hotel had no hot water. We were out during the day when I was advised there was some hot water. When we arrived and when we left and the times we were in the hotel, there wasn’t even a trickle of hot water. Booked for two nights received no replacement of tea or coffee in my room for the second day. Very uncomfortable pillows and a bathroom that came out of the 1980s.

The environment was clean, lobby staff very courteous

the photos do not represent the reality. you will stay in the middle of an industrial area. However, if you just want to have a room for sleep and either have a car or use taxi it is ok. Clean and pretty comfortable bed.

The hotel and it's facilities aren't in the best condition.

Fijn bed, grote tuin met zwembad. Ietswar prijzig, maar prima waarde.
