호텔시설이 노후되었긴 하지만 깨끗하고 불편함은 없음 무료주차가 좋았고, 조식이 맛있었음 근처에 auchan이 있어서 편리하고 좋았음 가격대비 효용 굿~~

The room was little cold. I couldn't control room temperature at all. The location is not bad if you have a car. Only 10 minutes of driving brings you to old city center. Except the room temperature, the hotel offers very competitive service as whole.

위치는 별로입니다. 하루밤 묵어가기에는 가격대비 좋습니다. 가족에게 친화적입니다.

Good hotel. Used it only for short stay

Not a very welcoming hotel .... during check-in 3 people behind the desk and no other customers but none of the staff interested in helping or greeting me (completely ignoring me), nobody at the breakfast and nobody again during check-out (so eventually I gave up and put the room-card in the box). Room was clean. Breakfast simple/OK. Will stay again but staff needs some customer training.

This was the third time I stayed at this hotel & that explains enough that I am happy with this hotel. I specially appreciate that there is good parking space & that it is free / included in the hotel room price. Also very good that food & drink options are available in the reception 24/7 if you arrive very late close to the night.

Långt ifrån centrum. Men framförallt buss och spårvagn.

We staying this accommodation so often but this time TV in the room doesn’t work (I thought renovations have been done) Light in toilet doesn’t work… A bit dissappinted

Niks mis mee

Nee veel goeds te melden. Bij inchecken stond er niemand achter de balie. 10 minuten wachten. Kamer was verschrikkelijk heet en vies. Geen zeep aanwezig. Ook lager er nog lepeltjes van de vorige bewoners van de kamer. 1 handdoek te weinig. Schimmel in de douche. Kamer voelde afgeleefd. Buffet was het pannenkoeken apparaat kapot. Ook het apparaat van de huizes was kapot. Alleen met al geen fijne ervaring

Prima hotel voor een doorreis. 4 ps kamer geboekt maar word steeds voorzien van 2ps met handdoeken bekers etc. De ontbijt was deze keer minder vol als in de zomer maar verder prima.

We booked a room for 3 people, but there were only 2 pillows and 2 towels. We found old socks on the floor from a previous guest…. We would prefer the restaurant crew payed a little more attention to fill up the buffet during breakfast.

Ich wollte dem Hotel noch einmal eine Chance geben da beim ersten mal schon alles defekt und schmutzig war. Leider wurde ich dieses mal ebenso enttäuscht obwohl ich ein renoviertes Zimmer bekam. Der Duschabfluss war komplett mit Haaren verstopft, das Schmutzfilter in der handbrause war ebenso verstopft das fast kein wasser raus kam. Der Kühlschrank im Zimmer war defekt. Obschon das Frühstück um 6 Uhr starten sollte gab es das Baguette erst um 6:30 und eier, Speck und Würstchen ebenso 15min später. Ich wollte wie beim ersten Besuch mit dem Management sprechen. Leider war wieder niemand zugegen obwohl ich 3 Tage dort übernachtet habe. Die Rezeption hat mir nur mitgeteilt das die Probleme bekannt sind aber sich trotzdem nichts ändert. Am besten wsr die Aussage bezüglich Kühlschrank. Wenn diese defekt werden, werden Sie einfach aus den Zimmern ohne Ersatz entfernt. Mein Zimmernachbar hat geraucht und der ganze Rauch wurde über die Lüftungsanlage verteilt. Antwort Rezeption da können wir leider nichts machen. Desweiteren würden sie sich in naher Zukunft um einen weiteren Stern bemühen, ich würde eher einen entfernen. Keinerlei Kompensation oder wirkliche Einsicht.

Novotel Antwerp is one of the hotel we stay so often. Building is slightly old and location is not the best but free car parking (which is rare in Antwerp) and hotel staff are very friendly.

Awful hotel, to be avoided. In dire need of renovation. Our room wasn't cleaned, there was food (like vomit) in the sink!!!! The lady at the front desk had to clean herself since there was no personnel in the evening. The restaurant was ok though.

Was really nice staying with you guys I hope I see you guys again thank you for everything you guys had done for me and family specially with my autistic daughter the staff was really kind with her ❤️❤️❤️
