Muy buena ubicación, muy amplia y limpia l, apata para viajar en familia, muy rico el desayuno y todo el personal súper amable

on website said there was a car park on site, but wasent told that this needed to be pre booked as there's a bout 7 spaces in the car park, luckily I was staying Saturday to Sunday and was able to park my rental car down the side( this wouldn't have been the case if it was a week day as only certain permitted cars are aloud to do this)

Excellent location, spotless rooms, and an outstanding hotel overall. The staff was exceptional, especially Eduardo at the reception desk. He welcomed us with warmth and professionalism, made us feel right at home, and was extremely knowledgeable about the area. He went above and beyond to help us find the information we needed, making our stay even more enjoyable. We truly appreciated his excellent service and highly recommend this hotel..

Otimo hotel 4 estrelas, ótima localização.

Única ubicación, junto al Parque del Reriro y a 400mts de La Puerta de Alcalá. El Rooftop tiene una de las mejores vistas de Madrid y la piscina es volada, espectacular.

Excelente ubicación y lindo hotel! La terraza es agradable Cuartos pequeños y se escucha mucho el ruido de el corredor.

No me gustó los horarios de piscina ni lo pequeña que era. Muy malo el aire acondicionado, no soplaba y no enfíaba.

It was located centrally so you could walk to almost a lot of places. Staff were helpful and accommodating.

The property was centrally located and easy to walk around the city. The service and the buffet was amazing. I highly recommend this hotel and looking forwar to going back.
